<![CDATA[Abstrak – Mini purse seine merupakan alat tangkap yang berupa kantong yang dilengkapi dengan cincin dan purse line yang berada dibawah tali ris yang mempunyai fungsi untuk menyatukan bagian bawah jaring pada saat beroperasi dengan cara purse line ditarik sehingga jaring membentuk kantong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis dan komposisi ikan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap mini purse seine yang di daratkan di PPI Tulandale kelurahan Metina Kecamatan Lobalain Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi. Wawancara dan studi literatur selanjutnya hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan jenis ikan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap mini purse seine yang di daratkan di PPI Tulandale terdiri dari ikan Kembung, ikan Layang, ikan Selar dan ikan Tembang. Yang mana untuk famili carangidae terdiri dari 1 spesies yaitu ikan layang (Decapterus russelli) dengan nilai komposisi (36,6%), famili scombridae terdiri dari 2 spesies yaitu ikan selar (Selar boops).dengan komposisi sebesar (12,1% dan ikan kembung (Rastrelliger faughni) dengan nilai komposisi (44,3%) famili Clupeidae terdiri dari 1 spesies yaitu ikan Tembang (Sardinella fimbriata) dengan nilai komposisi (7.1%) Kata Kunci: Hasil tangkapan Mini Purse seine, PPI Tulandale Abstract – Mini purse seine is a fishing tool in the form of a bag equipped with a ring and a purse line under the ris rope which has the function of holding the bottom of the net together when operating by pulling the purse line so that the net forms a bag. The aim of this research is to determine the type and composition of fish caught by mini purse seine fishing gear landed at PPI Tulandale, Metina sub-district, Lobalain District, Rote Ndao Regency. Data collection in this research used observation techniques. Interviews and subsequent literature studies as a result of this research found that the types of fish caught by mini purse seine fishing gear landed at PPI Tulandale consisted of mackerel fish, flying fish, selar fish and tembang fish.
