Abstract

This study aims to make and test the quality of rubber seed shell briquettes with a mixture of goat manure and utilize the results to construct worksheet that can be used to support integrated science learning shared models on Environmentally Friendly Technology materials. This research method is an experiment in making and analyzing rubber seed shell briquettes mixed with goat manure and utilizing the results to construct worksheet. Data collection techniques are experiments, documentation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques in the following research are quantitative analysis techniques and qualitative analysis. The experimental group was divided into three groups, namely: A1 with a composition of 87% charcoal: 13% adhesive, A2 with a composition of 77% charcoal: 23% adhesive, and A3 with a composition of 97% charcoal: 3% adhesive. The percentage of charcoal is 50% rubber seed shell charcoal and 50% goat manure charcoal. Conclusion: The briquette test showed a ratio of 97% charcoal and 3% adhesive showed the best results with a calorific amount of 6287 kcal/kg. The context of briquettes can be used as science learning materials in the form of worksheet on environmentally friendly technology materials.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pandemi COVID-19 yang menyebar ke seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Untuk mengatasi penularan virus COVID-19, pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk menjaga jarak. Melalui angket yang diisi oleh siswa di SMP Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu diketahui bahwa siswa mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami materi pelajaran pada saat pembelajaran daring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan LKPD berorientasi POE dengan mengadaptasi penelitian Research and Development dengan model 4D. Pengembangan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap: define (analisis kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran serta analisis kebutuhan pengembangan LKPD), design (merancang produk LKPD), development (validasi dan revisi produk), dan disseminate (uji coba pada pengguna). Namun, pada penelitian ini dibatasi sampai pada tahap pengembangan produk. Hasil validasi yang telah dilakukan oleh ahli pada LKPD berorientasi POE diperoleh validitas sebesar 0,93 (validitas tinggi). Sehingga LKPD berorientasi POE pada materi tekanan fluida statis layak untuk uji lapangan. Respon keterbacaan oleh 21 siswa pada aspek tampilan LKPD, penyajian materi LKPD, dan LKPD dilakukan kepada 21 siswa di SMP Negeri 17 Kota Bengkulu. Pada aspek materi pada materi tekanan fluida statis yang sudah dikembangkan memiliki persentase sebesar 86,73% (sangat baik). Pada aspek bahasa memiliki persentase sebesar 84,05% (sangat baik). Pada aspek ketertarikan memiliki persentase sebesar 82,74 % (sangat baik). Sehingga respon siswa terhadap uji keterbacaan produk LKPD berorientasi POE pada materi tekanan fluida statis yang telah dikembangkan didapatkan hasil setiap aspek memiliki persentase 84,89% (sangat baik). Kata Kunci : Research and Development, model 4D, LKPD, POE ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has spread throughout the world, including Indonesia. To overcome the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the government issued a policy to maintain social distance. Through a questionnaire filled out by students at SMP Negeri 17 Bengkulu City, it was found that students had difficulty understanding the subject matter during online learning. The purpose of this research is to develop LKPD POE oriented by adapting Research and Development research with a 4D model. The development consists of 4 stages: define (analysis of curriculum, learning tools and needs analysis of LKPD development), design (design LKPD products), development (validation and revision of products), and disseminate (test on users). However, this research is limited to the product development stage. The results of the validation that have been carried out by experts on LKPD POE oriented obtained a validity of 0.93 (high validity). So that the LKPD POE oriented on static fluid pressure material is feasible for field testing. Readability responses by 21 students on the aspect of LKPD display, presentation of LKPD material, and LKPD were carried out to 21 students at SMP Negeri 17 Bengkulu City. In the material aspect, the static fluid pressure material that has been developed has a percentage of 86.73% (very good). In the language aspect, it has a percentage of 84.05% (very good). In the aspect of interest has a percentage of 82.74% (very good). So that the student response to the readability test of POE-oriented LKPD products on the static fluid pressure material that has been developed shows that each aspect has a percentage of 84.89% (very good). Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Android pada Materi Pemanasan Global untuk Membekalkan Literasi Sains Siswa SMP. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 4 Kota Bengkulu. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4D yaitu Define (tahap pendefisian), Design (tahap perancangan), Develop (tahap pengembangan), dan Disseminate (tahap penyebaran). Namun penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap develop. Produk multimedia interaktif berbasis android yang dikembangkan memuat materi yang dapat membekalkan aspek-aspek literasi sains yaitu, aspek konten, aspek konteks, dan aspek proses. Teknik analisis data validasi ahli menggunakan formula aiken V. Tahap Define terdiri atas analisis ketersedian media pembelajaran, analisis kebutuhan guru dan peserta didik, analisis RPP, dan rancangan instrumen tahap define. Tahap Design terdiri dari membuat rancangan multimedia interaktif dan rancangan instrumen evaluasi produk. Tahap develop terdiri atas pengembangan produk multimedia interaktif, validasi ahli, uji keterbacaan, dan respon peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media diperoleh total rata-rata nilai koefisien aiken sebesar 0.96 kategori “validitas tinggi”, hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh total rata-rata nilai koefisien aiken sebesar 0.76 dalam kategori “validitas sedang”. Uji keterbacaan produk oleh guru memperoleh presentase rata-rata 95.78% dalam kategori “sangat baik” dan respon peserta didik memperoleh presentase rata-rata 90.20% dalam kategori “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan valid dan sangat layak untuk diuji cobakan dalam skala luas.   Kata kunci: Multimedia Interaktif Berbasis Android, Pemanasan Global, Literasi Sains, Siswa SMP   ABSTRACT   This research is a development research (Research and Development) that aims to develop Android-based interactive multimedia products on Global Warming Materials to Provide Science Literacy for Junior High School Students. The research was conducted at SMPN 4 Bengkulu City. The development model used is 4D, namely Define (definement stage), Design (design stage), Develop (development stage), and Disseminate (deployment stage). However, this research is limited to the develop stage. The android-based interactive multimedia product that was developed contains material that can provide aspects of scientific literacy, namely, content aspects, context aspects, and process aspects. The expert validation data analysis technique uses the AIken V formula. The Define phase consists of an analysis of the availability of learning media, an analysis of the needs of teachers and students, an analysis of lesson plans, and the design of the instrument in the define stage. The Design phase consists of making interactive multimedia designs and product evaluation instrument designs. The develop stage consists of developing interactive multimedia products, expert validation, readability testing, and student responses. Based on the results of the media expert validation, the total average value of the aiken coefficient was 0.96 in the "high validity" category, the results of the material expert validation obtained the total average aiken coefficient value of 0.76 in the "medium validity" category. The product readability test by the teacher obtained an average percentage of 95.78% in the "very good" category and student responses obtained an average percentage of 90.20% in the "very good" category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the interactive multimedia developed is valid and very feasible to be tested on a wide scale.   Keywords: Android-Based Interactive Multimedia, Global Warming, Scientific Literacy, Junior High School Students
