Phenomenon witch doctor baby is wrong one enough part _ big the effect in determine health mother and baby , because about 40% of births babies in Indonesia are helped by witch doctor baby . state this the more aggravated because generally witch doctor baby helping _ labor the no witch doctor trained and habits that sometimes harmful health for woman pregnant and mother post copy . So that Thing this is what makes researcher interested in To do research entitled _ Factor influencing determinant _ election labor with shaman in the Work Area Public health center Strait New Regency Bengkalis . As for destination study this is for knowing influence age , parity , attitude , knowledge , support family and distance to election labor with shaman in the Work Area Public health center New Straits Regency Bengkalis . Method study this with method observational with cross sectional approach . Respondent in study this is mother ever _ To do labor and that includes to in target mother Maternity in the Work Area Public health center New Straits on year 2020. Amount sample taken _ as many as 60 people. Technique taking sample in study this using random sampling. Data analyzed with use chi square test with test regression . Results study show that attitude mother (p=0.000) and Support family (p=0.028) has an effect to election helper childbirth . Whereas factor age (p=0 .33 ), parity (p=0.89), knowledge mother (p=0.43) and distance (p=0.053) no take effect against election helper childbirth . which is factor dominant to alternative election labor is factor attitude mother . Keywords : Election _ helper childbirth , attitude mother , knowledge , age , parity , support family and distance .

MTBS ( Management Integrated toddler sick ) is handling toddler sick at the health center in the form of treatment and counseling for To do visit repeat . Destination conducted study this for know the " factors that influence " obedience mother toddler in To do visit repeat on the IMCI program at the Puskesmas Bungaraya Kab. Siak ". Type study is quantitative , design analytic with approach Cross sectional . Amount sample is part from characteristics possessed _ population that is mother who has toddler . Technique taking sample is Accidental Sampling is as many as 78 respondents . Data processing is carried out with computerized programs and analyzed by univariate and bivariate . Results study show that there is influence mean Among knowledge , attitude and role officer health to obedience mother toddler in To do visit repeat MTBS, where respectively P value 0.003 and OR = 4.952 , P value 0.016 and OR = 3.765 and P value 0.015 and OR = 3.800. So could drawn conclusion that mother who has toddler with knowledge 4,952 times high , attitude positive 3,765 times, and there is role officer 3,800 times for obey To do visit reset MTBS. Based on results study it is hoped that the officers health give counseling about MTBS so that increase understanding mother who has toddler in To do visit repeat .

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of giving coconut juice in increasing hemeglobin levels in adolescent girls who have anemia. This type of quasi- experimental research using one group pretest and posttest methods, uses one group before and after being given an intervention to determine the effect of coconut palm sugar on increasing hemeglobin levels. Analysis of the data used by paired sample T- test if the data are normally distributed to analyze the effectiveness of consumption of palm sap in increasing hemeglobin levels in adolescents. The results of the study have been obtained from the results of statistical tests that the value of p value 0,000 so that it can be concluded that there is an increase in hemeglobin levels after the giving of palm sap. Based on the results of statistical tests this study shows that consuming coconut palm sugar in seven days can increase Hb levels by 1.79 gr / dl in adolescents who have anemia. The increase in hb levels was significant enough so that the researchers argued that consuming coconut palm sugar can overcome the problem of anemia in adolescents.

This research aims to analyze the effect of quality of service to the satisfaction of students, and higher education images on the Salma’s midwifery academy students at Siak regency. The number of research samples are all students, 85 by census method. Then, datas collecting through questionnaires direct spreading by using a Likert scale. Analytical datas method in this research using two stages regression through reliable statistical measured by SPSS version 20 software. Research result shows that independent variables, quality of service which consist of tangibles, realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and technical having significant influence and positive towards student’s satisfaction, then, student’s satisfaction having significant influence and positive towards higher education images, this research result is expected to intensify student preference to study at Salma’s midwifery academy.

According to BKKBN (National Population and Family Planning Board) in 2012, the number of adolescents (16-24 years old) was 64 million (27.6%). According to the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sumatera the birth rate of babies from young mothers (15-19 years old) was about 33%. The infant death rate in North Sumatera was 40/1,000 life births, and 30%-35% of them had been married in young age. The research used phenomenological qualitative method. This strategy was chosen based on the experience of the married couples. The case was concerned with 5 people who got married in young age. The data were analyzed by grouping people and events according to their characteristics which were in accordance with the category and its chronology. The result of the research showed that some factors which caused marriages by minors in Bangun Purba Sub-district were economic factor, educational factor, and pre-marriage pregnancy factor. Its side-effects were easily jealous and suspicious due to psychological immaturity, family’s economic instability (low income), divorce, and the increase in the risk for pregnancy.
