Abstract

Entrepreneurship Improvement Training in the Lewaja Village Community is a training program that aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills among the local community. This program is designed to provide the knowledge, skills and support necessary for individuals in Lewaja Subdistrict to develop their own businesses. In this training, participants will learn important aspects of starting and managing a business, including business planning, marketing, financial management, and business development strategies. With this training, it is hoped that the people of Lewaja Village can increase their economic potential, create new jobs and contribute positively to local economic development. This program is a positive step in building community economic independence and reducing the unemployment rate in Lewaja Village.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether promotions and interest rates have a partial and simultaneous effect on ASN customers' decisions in taking consumer credit at PT. Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch. Multiple linear regression is the analytical technique employed, along with partial and simultaneous tests for validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The study's findings indicate that promotion (X1) has a somewhat substantial impact on ASN customers' decisions in taking consumer credit at PT. Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch, this is shown based on the calculated promotional t value of 4.431 > t table 1.967 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the interest rate (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on ASN customers' decisions in taking consumer credit at PT. Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch, this is shown by the calculated t value of 13.627 > t table 1.967 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. All Pearson correlation or calculated r values ​​from statements related to promotions and interest rates have an r table value greater than 0.107, so all instruments are declared valid. Simultaneously promotions and interest rates influence ASN customers' decisions in taking consumer credit at PT. Bank Sulselbar Parepare Branch, this is shown based on the calculated F value of 5,035.590 > F table 3.023, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The study analyzes the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare and its impact on employee performance. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study found that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare successfully implemented effective training such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT), which enhanced employees' skills and knowledge. This strategy improved productivity, efficiency, adaptability to changes, employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive work culture. In conclusion, the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare has improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the company. This strategy must continue to be implemented and adjusted to meet labor market needs to ensure optimal employee performance

Abstract

This research analyzes the utilization of technology and innovation to enhance the sustainability of Sari Tebu Nal SMEs in Parepare City. The research method used is qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of the research on sustainable technology innovation strategies in sugarcane juice SMEs can be seen from several aspects, namely innovations made in flavor innovation, packaging, and Social Media technology used in marketing products due to family support to establish sugarcane juice health drink businesses, as well as skills in creating new ideas in product making so that the products produced are highly developed, therefore the stakeholders of Health Drink SMEs need to be facilitated by the government in order to motivate new innovations in products. There needs to be sustainable innovation to create a new innovation so that the business can be widely known to the public and increase business revenue.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon dan bonus terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Citra Mart Gowa Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 konsumen Citra Mart di Gowa . Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Dalam pengolahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan software IBM SPSS 25. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis ini digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon (X1) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Pengujian variabel diskon (X1) diperoleh nilai t sebesar 5,663 sedangkan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,660 yang menunjukkan nilai t > t tabel. Nilai probabilitas signifikansi variabel diskon adalah 0,000 yang artinya di bawah 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Untuk variabel Bonus (X2) nilai t hitungnya adalah 5,653 sedangkan nilai t tabelnya adalah 1,660 yang artinya nilai t tabel > t tabel. Nilai probabilitas signifikansi untuk variabel bonus adalah 0,000 yang artinya di bawah 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon (X1) dan bonus (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F tabel sebesar 73,146 sedangkan nilai F tabel sebesar 3,09 yang artinya nilai F tabel > F tabel. Nilai probabilitas signifikansinya adalah 0,000 yang artinya di bawah 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,601. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 60,1% keputusan pembelian (variabel dependen) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel diskon dan bonus. Sisanya sebesar 39,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
