Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the security system used in the digital library application developed by the Bank Indonesia Library iBI Library against cybercrime behavior such as data thief or data theft, joy computing, hacking or hacking, data diddling and electronic mutilation and data vandalism. The research method uses literature study, which is research to collect data from reading literature from various sources, namely articles, journals and books that are still relevant to the research as a data source to support the research conducted by the author. The results of this study found that the iBI library application security system uses 4 types of security, namely: 1) service information security consisting of confidentiality, integrity and availability, 2) copyright security in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, 3) collection data security in the form of digital rights management and secure content repository, 4) user security such as single sign on and secure socket layer. In conclusion, the iBI Library application already uses a security system so that libraries and users are safe to use it. This research seeks to analyze the security system that exists in iBI Library, the Bank Indonesia library application to protect the library from potential threats originating from cybercrime. Abstract

UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library is a campus library that has been known by the public as a technology-based digital library because UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta Library has used the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) system in providing information services to users. However, Sunan Kalijaga UIN Library Yogyakarta has never conducted an assessment and evaluation of the User Experience of its OPAC system. In fact, if this system is managed properly and gets a good User Experience, then the number of users will also increase and have an impact on the increasing number of visits and the efficiency of the services provided. The purpose of this study is to analyze the User Experience of the OPAC system of Sunan Kalijaga UIN Library Yogyakarta with Jacob Nielsen's theory which consists of five criteria, namely Learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The method used is qualitative descriptive by racing on Jacob Nielsen's theory which has five basic principles in demonstrating ease in interface design using OPAC. The result of this study is that OPAC Library UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has four which are included in Jacobb Nielsen's theory, namely learnibility, efficiency, memorability, and errors. One of these criteria that is not included in Jacob Nielsen's theory is the point of satisfaction, this is because OPAC Library UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has difficulty in knowing the status of the collection to be searched, whether the collection is under loan from other students or not. Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Jogja Library Center's Collection Management Strategy in Dealing with the Information Society aims to review what strategies must be used in order to continue to grow in the era of the information society. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach through field research methods. Research data were obtained from interviews with informants, literature reviews, and documentation. This study found that the Jogja Library Center collection management strategy owned by the DPAD DIY Library Service Center was able to adapt by utilizing technology. This study was reviewed with SOSTAC theory (Situation Analysis, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Actions, Control). The results of the research show that Jogja Library Center has subscribed to electronic collections while also continuing to subscribe to printed collections. Jogja Library Center has also digitized the collection of old newspapers and magazines whose physical condition is no longer possible to be read directly by users. Jogja Library Center also conducts various collection collaborations in order to be able to meet the needs of the information community. Abstract

Sepatu Jolifa (Jogja Library Integrated Library System Service for All), is a network system that contains information and library collections that can be accessed online by the public, where this system will contain various information and collections from various libraries in Yogyakarta, so that a system that integrates libraries in Yogyakarta, the management system of this system is very interesting to study how all libraries can be connected to one another. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Information in writing was obtained using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The purpose of this study is to describe how the management of Sepatu Jolifa, which is a library tarpaulin service system, can work with a tub. The results of this study show that the management process for Sepatu Jolifa begins with the Planning and Decision Making process, then Organization, Staffing, Direction and Supervision, and Controlling Co-Ordination. In addition, in the process of managing Sepatu Jolifa, they also continue to maintain Communication, Motivation, Leadership Social Responsibilities of Business Strategic Management so that the management of Jolifa Shoes can continue to run well.

Abstract

Koleksi dalam sebuah perpustakaan adalah hal yang paling penting untuk keberlangsungan dan kualitas suatu perpustakaan oleh karena itu pengembangan koleksi tentunya memerlukan strategi agar mampu berjalan dengan baik dan semaksimal mungkin. Metode yang digunakan perpustakaan dalam mengembangkan koleksinya menurut S.R. Ranganathan terdiri dari lima pilar yaitu books are for use, every reader his/her book, every book, its reader, save the time of the reader, and a library is a growing. Perpustakaan Gemilang Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Banguntapan sebagai penyedia layanan informasi di sekolah, secara rutin mengadakan evaluasi koleksi. Kegiatan evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara menelaah kelebihan dan kelemahan koleksi serta mengaitkannya dengan visi, misi, dan kebutuhan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan strategi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Gemilang dalam mengembangkan dan memperbaiki koleksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Perpustakaan Gemilang memiliki  koleksi yang terus dimanfaatkan dan digunakan oleh para pemustaka, perpustakaan juga rutin melakukan pengecekan koleksi, hubungan yang baik antara pemustaka dan pustakawan terus terjalin, perpustakaan juga terus berusaha memberikan layanan tepat waktu, koleksi yang tepat, dan sistem pengambilan yang efektif kepada siswa. Kemudian perpustakaan terus melakukan pengembangan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan koleksi yang dibutuhkan pengguna perpustakaan (biasanya siswa dan guru) untuk mendukung program sekolah dan pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Perpustakaan; Koleksi; Pengembangan.

Abstract

Research related to evaluation of user interface design based on user experience in Isleman Digital Library Application aims to evaluate the user interface design of Isleman digital library application based on user experience. A qualitative approach is used as a research method, the collection of material through interviews, observation and analysis of related documentation. The results showed that the user interface design of the Isleman digital library application received positive responses from users. They find the design intuitive, easy to use, and present information clearly. Users also appreciate the program's clean layout and easy navigation, which allows them to easily find and access the library resources they need. Features such as efficient search, responsive display, and integration with other library management systems have also received positive reviews from users. These features are designed to improve usability and help users find and manage library materials more efficiently. However, some users provided feedback on minor improvements to the UI design, such as improved icon appearance and text clarity in some parts of the app. Based on the results of this study, several corrective steps are suggested to improve the user experience of the Isleman digital library application. These steps include visual enhancements, clarifying text and instructions, and changing the layout to make it more responsive and user-friendly. This research makes a major contribution to understanding the user's perspective on the user interface design of Isleman's digital library and provides recommendations for improvements that can be applied to improve the overall user experience.

Abstract

AbstractQuality information is what is needed in an already digital world. Skills in mastering important information literacy are mastered by a librarian. The Cahaya Ilmu Library located at SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah prioritizes comfort and convenience. The ease and comfort provided by the library cannot be separated from the attitude of the librarian, the attitude of this librarian can be judged by his professional competence in serving information services, based on the importance of the librarian's attitude in information services. The purpose of this study is to determine the attitude of librarians in the light library of science at SMAN 1 Bengkulu Tengah, in providing professional competence in information services. The method used is a qualitative research method. The result of this research is that SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah has a library called the Cahaya Ilmu library, this library has been accredited A, as a pilot school, of course, the quality of librarians must be competent to support student needs. This competency is divided into four main librarian professional attitude competencies, namely: Implementing information organization, Managing information sources, Managing information services and Using information equipment and technology, where these four components of Professional competence have been carried out by librarians in the Cahaya Ilmu library of SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Tengah.Keywords: Librarian's Attitude ; Information Services; Professional Competence.
