Abstract

Children with special needs have become the concern of various parties, especially in Indonesia. Students with special needs have the right to receive the same education as other students based on Constitution No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System which states that the state provides full guarantees for children with special needs to obtain quality educational services. Education is a conscious, planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial reports are the most important component in establishing a public sector accountability and become a tool for measuring performance in the financial sector for local governments. For the external side, the prepared local government financial reports contain regional financial information that is used as a reference for review in making economic, social and political policies. As for internal parties, financial reports are used as a tool in assessing performance. In compiling an appropriate public sector financial reporting, a good public financial accounting information system is needed, and it is hoped that the transaction management process will be better as well so that it can present appropriate financial information. Through this research, we will describe the public sector financial reporting system and its elements in supporting the accuracy of public financial accountability reports. This research uses case study method and descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique used several methods such as documentation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. ABSTRAK Laporan keuangan adalah komponen terpenting dalam membentuk suatu akuntabilitas sektor publik serta menjadi pengukur kinerja dalam bidang keuangan bagi pemerintah daerah. Untuk segi eksternal, laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah yang disusun tersebut berisikan informasi keuangan daerah yang dipakai sebagai acuan peninjauan dalam mengambil kebijakan ekonomi, sosial, dan politik. Sedangkan untuk pihak internal, laporan keuangan dipakai menjadi alat dalam menilai kinerja. Dalam menyusun suatu pelaporan keuangan sektor publik yang tepat diperlukan sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan publik yang baik, dan sangat diharapkan proses pengelolaan transaksinya pun akan lebih baik juga sehingga dapat menyajikan informasi keuangan yang tepat. Melalui penelitian ini kami akan menggambarkan mengenai sistem pelaporan keuangan sektor publik dan elemennya dalam menunjang ketepatan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik peengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa cata seperti melakukan dokumentasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan kepustakaan.

Abstract

Santri participated in building this nation as lost in the history of his people. Joko Widodo set National Day of Santri as a form of appreciation, considering the struggle of scholars and former santri contribute to the struggle for independence. 22 October was decided as National Day of Santri taken from the event of jihad resolution Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asyari where defend his legal homeland fardlu ain. The purpose of this research is to know the implications of National Santri on the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research is done by qualitative approach using descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The result of the research shows that National Saving Day has not seen significant impact considering National Sdri Day has been running for two years, in the course of National Day of Santri is expected to restore the existence of santri and known to the wider community which in turn fosters the spirit of nationalism. The existence of National Saving Day is expected santri and Muslims in general have a high spirit in filling independence.

Abstract

His study aims to determine the implementation of the ash-shafi'i method in improving reading the Qur'an in the tahfidz al-firdaus serpong South Tangerang hut. The level of ability to read the Qur'an of the students is still stammering, and has not been fluent and has not even been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with the rules of tajweed science. This research the author took field research, using qualitative methods. For data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The next steps are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the research conducted by teachers in improving reading the Qur'an in the Al-firdaus tahfidz cottage are as follows: First, the teacher divides 3 halaqahs, namely halaqah ula, wustho and Ulya, each student is divided per halaqah and adjusted to their level and given their respective musyrifah. For students who cannot read the Qur'an properly and correctly, they are at the ula level, students who can read the Qur'an are in the wustho and Ulya halaqah, secondly, the teacher conducts an evaluation every semester which is tested directly by the supervisor, the form of the test for the ula halaqah is that the teacher reads the Qur'an randomly and then the students read the verse found by the supervisor. While the evaluation for halaqah wustho and Ulya, namely through the tasmi' exam.
