Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the factors shaping consumers' financial risk perceptions regarding the use of digital payment platforms and to analyze the relationship between financial risk perceptions and consumers' intentions to use digital payment platforms in Merauke Regency. This study employs a qualitative approach. The research subjects consist of consumers who currently use or are potential users of digital payment platforms, local business actors offering digital payment options to consumers, and local economic observers or experts familiar with the economic and cultural context of Merauke Regency. Thematic analysis is used to identify the main themes from data collected through interviews and observations, supplemented by narrative analysis to construct stories and experiences of the research subjects. The findings indicate that financial risk perceptions, particularly concerns about financial loss and fraud, remain significant barriers to widespread adoption of digital payment platforms in Merauke Regency. The study also highlights that intentions to use digital payment platforms are influenced by a combination of financial risk perceptions and awareness of practical benefits, which can be strengthened through educational efforts and increased financial literacy.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memainkan peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial di banyak negara. Namun, akses ke peluang keuangan dan pemasaran tetap menjadi tantangan yang terus-menerus bagi perusahaan-perusahaan ini. Kajian ini menggali potensi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan dan strategi pemasaran UMKM untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan stabilitas keuangan. Kajian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menganalisis studi kasus, dan menggunakan survei dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data dari UMKM di berbagai sektor. Tujuannya untuk mengidentifikasi kesenjangan pembiayaan dan pemasaran saat ini serta menilai dampak adopsi teknologi digital terhadap kinerja dan pertumbuhan UMKM. Sampel ditarik menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software Smart-PLS. Hasil empiris mengungkapkan bahwa hanya terdapat dua hipotesis yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan bisnis. Edukasi dan inovasi layanan Keuangan berbasis digital perlu terus ditingkatkan sehingga tercipta inklusi Keuangan

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu bentuk partisipasi dan apresiasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi serta tuntutan global, BAN-PT mengembangkan sistem akreditasi berbasis online dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai alat bantu dimana efisiensi dan produktivitas proses akreditasi menjadi target utama yang harus dicapai. Sistem akreditasi berbasis online yang selanjutnya disebut SAPTO (Sistem Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi Online) merupakan sistem yang bersifat mandatory sehingga sebaiknya SAPTO mampu memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna agar timbul pengalaman positif dari pengguna. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu usaha untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi tingkat user experience pengguna SAPTO. Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai tingkat user experience pengguna SAPTO menggunakan model HEART Metrics yang telah dimodifikasi dan diukur menggunakan user experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat user experience SAPTO oleh perguruan tinggi di Indonesia berada pada tingkat baik dan positif. Dengan tercapainya tujuan SAPTO yakni efisiensi dan produktivitas proses akreditasi maka SAPTO telah berhasil menciptakan pengalaman baik dan positif untuk para penggunanya.

Abstract

The study aims to understand the application of modern management in the context of ecotourism in Mahuze Mandiri Wasur local village. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, involving five informants. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings are as follows: (1). The application of quantitative management methods, especially mathematical models, computerized models, and statistical models, is recommended for Mahuze Ecotourism to enhance decision-making efficiency. Additionally, a scientific management approach should be implemented to ensure that all elements within the Mahuze independent Ecotourism organization can better adapt to global changes. (2). It is important to implement a systems management approach, where all elements within Mahuze independent Ecotourism have defined roles and collaborate to build an interconnected management system that facilitates the achievement of previously established organizational goals. (3). Leaders in independent Ecotourism are expected to apply contingency management to adapt to changes both internally and externally. Internally, leaders should monitor and adjust the elements within the organization to ensure they adapt to changes. Externally, it is crucial for all elements to conduct sustainability analysis to address changes that occur.
