Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Peningkatan hasil belajar materi Bioteknologi peserta didik kelas XII.IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jayapura melalui pendekatan SETS. (2) Indikator hasil belajar materi Bioteknologi peserta didik kelas XII.IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jayapura melalui pendekatan SETS. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif sebanyak dua siklus melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaa, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XII.IPA yang berjumlah 16 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tes dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan penelitian persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik hanya mencapai 25 %, siklus I persentase hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat menjadi 44 % dan pada siklus II persentase meningkat mencapai 88 %. Pendekatan pembelajaran SETS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran dari aspek indikator kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor pada siklus I mencapai 64 % meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 88%.   Abstract The aims of the research were to find out (1) to increase learning outcomes in Biotechnology material for students of class XII.IPA at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jayapura through the SETS approach. (2) Indicators of learning outcomes for Biotechnology material for class XII.IPA students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jayapura through the SETS approach. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach of two cycles through the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were class XII.IPA students, totaling 16 students. Data collection in this study was carried out through tests and observations. The results showed that before the research was carried out the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes only reached 25%, the first cycle the percentage of student learning outcomes increased to 44% and in the second cycle the percentage increased to 88%. The SETS learning approach can improve student learning outcomes during the learning process from aspects of cognitive, affective and psychomotor indicators in cycle I reaching 64% increasing in cycle II to 88%.
