<![CDATA[Berdasarkan laporan Tim KIA-KB Puskesmas Ampenan bahwa pada tahun 2015 sebanyak 9,42%, tahun 2016 sebanyak 12,39%, tahun 2017 sebanyak 12,66%, tahun 2018 sebanyak 14,81%, dan tahun 2019 sebanyak 12,73%, Ibu hamil yang mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronis. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan usia perkawinan dan status kekurangan energi kronis (KEK) dengan kejadian berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR) di wilayah kerja puskesmas ampenan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Usia Perkawinan dan Status Kekurangan Energi Kronis Terhadap Kejadian Berat Bayi Lahir Rendah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Ampenan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 89 balita dan ibu balita dijadikan sebagai responden. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan cara random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan analisis bivariate menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil uji statistik dengan Korelasi Chi Square diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 <a 0,05 (signifikan) hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara usia perkawinan dengan kejadian KEK dan BBLR di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ampenan. Diharapkan bagi pihak Puskesmas ampenan agar lebih meningkatkan program penyuluhan tentang usia perkawinan serta kesehatan gizi ibu hamil, dan melakukan pengukuran lingkar lengan atas (LILA) secara teratur pada ibu hamil, serta dapat meningkatkan kerja sama denga petugas gizi dalam memantau pemenuhan gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between marriage age and chronic energy deficiency (KEK) status with the incidence of low birth weight babies (LBW) in the working area of ??the Ampenan Public Health Center. This study aims to determine the relationship between age of marriage and chronic energy deficiency status on the incidence of low birth weight babies in the working area of ??the Ampenan Health Center. This research is an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. The sample used in this study was 89 toddlers and their mothers were used as respondents. Sampling technique by means of random sampling. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the Chi Square test with the SPSS application. The results of the statistical test with the Chi Square Correlation obtained p value = 0.000 <a 0.05 (significant) this proves that there is a relationship between the age of marriage and the incidence of KEK and LBW in the Ampenan Health Center Work Area. It is hoped that the ampenan health center will further improve counseling programs regarding the age of marriage and the nutritional health of pregnant women, and carry out regular upper arm circumference measurements (LILA) for pregnant women, and can improve cooperation with nutrition officers in monitoring the fulfillment of balanced nutrition in pregnant women.]]>
