Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out whether PBI BPJS membership is in accordance with the number of contributors in North Sumatra Province in 2021. In 2021, North Sumatra Province has a population of 14,936,148 people, 789,834 headed families, and 1,273 families that are classified as poor. With the largest proportion of poor households, North Sumatra Province is in eighteenth place. There are still low-income people who do not meet the requirements for a Healthy Indonesia Card but whose contributions are borne by the government or are recognized as recipients of contribution assistance, but there are also people who are considered not low-income but who receive contribution assistance from the government. Quantitative study with descriptive methodology is the research technique used. The result was that based on BPS indicators, North Sumatra Province was categorized as number eighteen in poverty at most, this means that there are still many income-earning people living in this region. Lack of access is an obstacle in obtaining health assistance, only urban areas have access to a lot of assistance. For example in Samosir Regency with the most PBI recipients of 73.47% in 2021, and the smallest PBI recipients in the North Labuanbatu Regency area of 19.09% in 2021. Due to difficult road access, North Labuanbatu Regency only received a small amount of PBI assistance. This states that the number of shares is the same as the number of contributions is not proportional. It was suggested to the government that it was necessary to update poverty indicators and it was suggested to the government of Provinsi Sumatera Utara to re-collect data related to the condition of community poverty so that beneficiaries could be right on target.

Abstract

The JKN mobile application aims to reduce queues at BPJS Kesehatan Branch Offices by providing the best service to the community. This research aims to improve JKN Mobile information system services in order to provide better services to the community. The study was conducted using a crossectional approach and quantitative descriptive method at the Batang Kuis Health Center in February 2024, with a population and sample using JKN Mobile of 70 patients with a total sample technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 10 questions using a Likert scale of 1-4. Currently, as many as 48% of the total population of Deli Serdang have become JKN participants. However, there are still many people who have not used JKN Mobile, except for patients who need referrals to hospitals. A survey shows that most of the 70 respondents who use JKN Mobile need a further understanding of the usefulness of the application. Based on the findings that the JKN Mobile application does not help consult doctors because this is rarely used by the public which causes them not to understand its use. In addition, education is also needed, especially for female respondents who still do not understand the use of the JKN Mobile application. One of the problems that is often complained by the community is the difficulty in the login process which causes forgetting usernames, passwords, and errors.

Abstract

Health human resources (SDMK) are indispensable in improving the degree of public health in a country. The determination of human resource needs is carried out using the Anjab & ABK needs plan (Position Analysis and Workload Analysis). However, in its implementation, several obstacles hinder the effectiveness of the Anjab & ABK needs assessment at the Medan City Health Office. The purpose of the study was to analyze SWOT on the RENBUT ANJAB & ABK Barriers in the Medan city health office. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. This research uses a case study design. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation and in-depth interviews. The subjects of the study were selected purposively. The key informants in this study were the head of the Head of Health Human Resources, the Needs Plan Program Holder at the Medan City Health Office, 2 Health Workers, and 2 Communities. The data is then analyzed narratively to elaborate the discussion and conclusions. The results showed that the obstacles in RENBUT ANJAB   & ABK in the Medan City Health Office were in Needs Planning In the Medan City Health office, the obstacle that existed was the lack of a team in preparing the plan, causing officers holding the renbut program to be overwhelmed in inputting additional data. Pegwai agencies become obstacles in inputting RENBUT data due to a lack of sensitivity in inputting scheduled data so that data results are more skewed in wants rather than needs. Irregular employee mutations also cause data to be inappropriate so that the agency will experience worker vacancies.
