Abstract

It takes patience and caution to navigate the complexities of married life in order to maintain the integrity of the home. But occasionally, it seems like this attitude isn't enough to keep the household running smoothly. The high percentage of couples who would rather file for divorce serves as evidence of this. This study aims to address two primary questions: 1) What circumstances led the parties to file for divorce at the Jombang Religious Court during the Covid-19 period?, and 2) What steps did the judge take to lessen the number of divorces at the Jombang Religious Court during the Covid-19 period? This study employs a sociological method to conduct empirical juridical research.The study's findings indicate that, during the Covid-19 pandemic, economic factors predominated in determining whether a party would file for divorce. Conversely, the judge tried to minimize divorce by maximizing the mediation process in cases where both the plaintiff and the defendant attended the series. the legal system.

Abstract

This activity aims to explore the effectiveness of cooperative-based entrepreneurial motivation training in improving the performance and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), by providing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to become a successful entrepreneur. Pasar Johar Semarang SME entrepreneurs face various challenges in running cooperative-based entrepreneurship. It is often difficult to reach a wider market because of limited access to strategic distribution locations that inhibit the potential for business expansion. Through this training, participants are expected to learn about the benefits of being a member of a cooperative, such as access to capital, training, and business networks. will provide training on a range of business skills essential to SMEs, such as financial management, marketing, and product development. The participants will learn how to manage their business more effectively and efficiently. By presenting speakers from UMKM Center Central Java, participants as SME entrepreneurs in Pasar Johar can ask questions directly related to problems that are often encountered in the field not only about cooperative problems but other complaints ranging from existing regulations, trade permits from orders, and even procedures for getting help from the government. These efforts are expected to help pasar Johar Semarang SME partners in developing cooperative-based entrepreneurship in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Marriage is an important milestone in human life, which brings together two individuals with diverse backgrounds, values and dreams to build a happy and harmonious family. However, the high divorce rate in many countries, including Indonesia, shows how complex the challenges are in maintaining household integrity. The type of research used is field research.The results of this research can be concluded that: The implementation of Pre-Wedding Development in KUA Diwek District is not just a series of learning sessions, but also a means to prepare the prospective bride and groom holistically. This premarital coaching program provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of building a harmonious household and prepares the prospective bride and groom mentally and emotionally through coaching and hypnotherapy materials.

Abstract

Marriage (marriage) is a very sacred thing, both according to religious teachings and its position in Marriage Law no. 1 of 1974 in article 1 states that "marriage is a spiritual and physical bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy or eternal family (household) based on belief in the Almighty God. In this research there are three problem formulations, namely: 1 .) What are the factors that cause early marriage in Sendang Agung Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency? 2.) What are the impacts of underage marriage on household welfare?In this research the author uses empirical juridical research, the approach used in this research uses a qualitative approach, then the method of obtaining data in the field is through interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data processing process uses editing, classification, analysis and conclusion techniques.The results of this research show that the factors that cause early marriage in Sendang Agung Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency are due to self-will and also pregnancy outside of marriage. The impact of underage marriage turns out to be very influential on family welfare. This can be seen from several phenomena that occurred in Sendang Agung Village, Plaosan District, that after they married underage, the impact they felt was a lack of independence, burden on their parents, and also cases of divorce.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion, through the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 172 of 2022, instructed that every prospective bride and groom who are going to get married must first follow marriage guidance as a step in creating a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. Based on this background, the main problems are: 1). How effective is the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA? 2). How to analyze the implementation of premarital guidance in creating family harmony for bridal couples in the KUA, Mojowarno District? This research, which can be categorized as field research, can also be considered as a broad approach to qualitative research or as a method for collecting qualitative data. This research was carried out by coming directly to the research location, namely the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency.Based on the results of the research conducted, the author concludes: First, the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA has been effective in accordance with the technical instructions for implementing marriage guidance, clarity of objectives to be achieved, and fulfillment of intrastructure needs. Second, after following the marriage guidance process there is a positive influence on the family harmony of the bridal couple. Mentally and scientifically, participants become more mature in living their married life, they become wiser in responding to problems in their domestic life.

Abstract

Rights are the truth and authority to carry out something. Meanwhile, an obligation is something that is done with a sense of responsibility. Rights and obligations are two things that of course go together in the family. For example, in the context of family life, both things must be fulfilled equally. Regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the family is something that is very important to know. These two things are to create peace in the family, especially in matters of gender equality in the household. Equality in the family will create a sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah family. This research is included in qualitative research with a library approach and uses descriptive analytical methods, extrapolation and heuristics. The author uses research in the form of data collection through written sources, both books and journals, related to the concept of rights and obligations according to Sheikh Imam Nawawi al-Bantani in the book 'Uqud al-Lujjayn and related to family counseling according to gender. known as gender aware counseling. According to one of the Salaf scholars who has made great contributions to Islamic scholarship, namely Sheikh Imam Nawawi al-Bantani. Imam Nawawi al-Bantani also published many famous works, one of his works is the book Uqud al-lujjayn fii bayani huququz zawjayni. The concept of rights and obligations of domestic partners explained by Imam Nawawi al-Bantani states that the relationship between husband and wife must have a good social balance. For example, a couple must have a good relationship. In order to build a harmonious household. that the concept of rights and obligations of domestic partners in Uqud al-Lujjayn emphasizes the importance of both parties obeying each other and respecting each other's rights and obligations equally. Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani also emphasized that in Islam the position of men and women in the eyes of Allah is the same, the only difference is their piety. Gender-based family counseling aims to help individuals overcome family problems related to gender inequality, such as domestic violence and women's dual roles. This approach promotes family healing or provides curative therapy to improve family dynamics. Both approaches, both the Uqud al-Lujjayn concept and gender-based family counseling, prioritize balance, respect and protection of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in accordance with Islamic values ​​and gender justice

Jurusan Hukum Keluarga Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang.Pembimbing : H. Ahmad Faruq, M.Ag. Bimbingan Pranikah merupakan program bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman dan panduan kepada catin sebelum pernikahan untuk mencegah perkawinan yang gagal dan tidak harmonis akibat kurang pemahaman tentang makna perkawinan. Bimbingan Pranikah ini berfokus pada pembekalan ilmu pada pasangan yang melaksanakan pernikahan. Penelitian ini nantinya menjawab pertama bagaimana pelaksanaan bimbingan pranikah di KUA Kec. Diwek Kab. Jombang? Kedua Bagaimana efektivitas bimbingan pranikah terhadap keharmonisan rumah tangga di KUA Kec. Diwek Kab. Jombang? Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif lapangan, yang mana sumber didapatkan akan direduksi dengan cara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KUA Diwek telah memberikan pelayanan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan pranikah, dengan menyediakan fasilitas yang nyaman, menggunakan metode yang interaktif, dan memberikan materi yang bermanfaat. Bimbingan pranikah di KUA Diwek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kesiapan catin dalam memulai berumah tangga.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola rumah tangga, serta meningkatnya keharmonisan dan kebahagiaan dalam pernikahan mereka.

Abstract

. In Islam, marriage relations are sacred. Marriage is not free from dowry because dowry is an essential part of marriage. Without a dowry, it is not stated that the marriage has been carried out properly. There are things that must be paid attention to when giving a dowry, namely that the dowry must be present at the wedding but must be adjusted to each cultural decision. However, in Javanese custom, giving a dowry in terms of amount, nominal or essential value tends to be detrimental to the woman. There are still many cases of giving iron rings as dowries. This is what makes researchers interested in studying the issue of dowry rings made of iron in the form of scientific literature in order to clarify the status of dowry efficiency today. Based on this, the focus of this research is what is a good dowry according to fiqh and what is a dowry according to Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. This research was carried out using qualitative methods, this type of research is library research. The problem approach used is a normative-juridical approach by looking at all problems based on the perspective of sharia contained in the texts of the Koran and Sunnah as well as classical books, and from the juridical side it is conveyed from the perspective of the laws that apply in Indonesia. Based on the description above regarding the comparative dowry of iron rings according to fiqh and uup no. 1 of 1974, it can be concluded that: (1) Comparing the dowry of iron rings according to fiqh and uup for the sakinah family. (2) The istinbath ushul fiqh method in studying iron ring dowries using an approach to the benefit of both parties. Such a method is included in the category of ijtihad byani which is equipped with the qiyas thinking pattern.

Abstract

. This research aims to determine the implications of marriage guidance in the formation of a sakinah family in the KUA of Gondang district. The author will explain the implications of marriage guidance in forming a sakinah family and the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing marriage guidance. This research is qualitative research (Field Research) which is descriptive qualitative in nature. In obtaining data, the author used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The author uses data analysis techniques in the form of objective interpretations. The conclusion from the results of this research is that the implementation of marriage guidance for prospective brides and grooms in the KUA Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency has gone smoothly. There is a lot of material presented such as Munakahat Fiqh, Marriage, family planning and health. This marriage guidance program has a very positive impact on the formation of a sakinah family. Because of the existence of this program, the benefits can be felt in the families by participants who hold weddings at the KUA, Gondang sub-district. It is known that the Gondang District KUA has been very good at implementing government programs to help prospective brides and grooms prepare themselves properly and correctly before entering married life, namely by holding marriage guidance. However, the lack of awareness of the importance of this activity among prospective couples who are getting married is a factor inhibiting the activity itself.
