Parenting style plays an important role in shaping children's learning achievement. It was found that an authoritative parenting style, which includes a combination of clear rules and emotional support, is associated with better learning achievement. Parents who are actively involved in their child's education, either through support at home or participating in school activities, also make a positive contribution to learning achievement. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of parenting style on students' achievement in MAN 2 Probolinggo City. The method used is a quantitative method with the Simple Random Sampling approach. The sample that became the target of this study were students and their parents. The achievements of MAN 2 Probolinggo City students are very diverse, ranging from academic and non-academic fields. According to the results that have been researched by researchers, we found that there was an influence on the parenting style applied by parents on the learning achievement of MAN 2 Probolinggo City students. So that parents must be smart in determining or implementing step-by-step and appropriate parenting styles for their children, so that they become good individuals.
