This research is an effort to overcome bullying by students of MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. The background of this research is the occurrence of cases of verbal and non-verbal bullying that can harm students and the efforts of accompanying teachers to deal with conflicts with the REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) approach. This research was conducted to find out how big the level of bullying that occurred at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. This qualitative descriptive research is used as a theory of development that has been built from data obtained in the field or research location. The informants in the study were accompanying teachers and 6 students who were victims of bullying at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews, while the research results obtained were bullying caused by student backgrounds and toxic friendships. The handling efforts carried out by the accompanying teacher are by giving reprimands, coaching, calling parents.

Family is an initial need in the period of growth and development of children, the most important thing in the child's growth period is that there must be supervision from parents. Children who in their growth period do not have the role of family or parents can be a trigger for children to become naughty, in order to get attention from others. This study aims to find out the application of conflict management in reducing delinquency as well as minimizing and resolving juvenile delinquency conflicts at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah, Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is a research stage that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people as well as observable behavior, and the approach of this research is directed at the background and individuals holistically (Abdussamad, n.d. ). Research that has been conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah shows that parents have an important role in the growth and development of children, both physically and psychologically. This study also found that a broken home can be a trigger factor for juvenile delinquency in schools. Therefore, the application of conflict management in terms of reducing delinquency that occurs certainly has a very positive contribution, because by applying good communication a conflict can be resolved without any misunderstandings.

Marriage is a promise binding ceremony that is celebrated or carried out by two people with the intention of formalizing the marriage bond according to religious norms, legal norms, and social norms. Early marriage is carried out by someone who has a relatively young age, so that can be said to be early marriage. The relatively young age referred to is the age of puberty, namely the age between 10-19 years. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods. The results of the data obtained resulted in a calculation of 0.001 which means significant data, which indicates that the variables in this study can be tested and there is a link between the influence of juvenile delinquency on the increase in early marriage.

This study aims to explain how conflict management strategies affect the development of soft skills and hard skills for grade seven students at SMP Science Qur'an Al-Irsyad Jember. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data and data sources in this study were obtained from interviews with student teachers and six students. In addition, data were also obtained from observations and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the conflicts that impede the ability of students' soft skills and hard skills are lazy to study, bored in learning, differences in IQ, lazy to read and write, and lazy to participate in other mandatory activities. As for the several efforts that have been made to resolve conflicts and to develop hard skills and soft skills, SMP Science Qur'an Al-Irsyad educational institutions have their own strategies. Conflict management strategies in developing soft skills use classroom development methods such as tutoring, public speaking exercises such as speeches and becoming Uswatun Hasanah, while conflict management strategies in developing hard skills, use additional hour methods such as extra curricular archery, coding (IT), writing scientific, scout, and tahfidzul qur'an.

The research is aimed at knowing conflict management strategies against trust in a long distance merrige, as well as in keeping marriage commitments alive. The respondents in this study are that couples pursue long - range marriage relationships because of working factors. Research is conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. The study samples were taken predictably. Data collection through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done with data reduction, presents data, and concludes. Research has shown that each pair with the other has a conflict management strategy, so the issues that arise are solvable. The application of conflict management strategies from each pair has a distinct effect on the success of couples working to maintain commitment and trust between long distance merrige during periods of separation by distance.

The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts of the homeroom teacher in overcoming academic procrastination at MTsN 8 Banyuwangi, namely by knowing the causes of students doing academic procrastination and the efforts of the homeroom teacher in overcoming academic procrastination. The method used in this research is in the form of descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study state that the efforts given by the homeroom teacher in overcoming academic procrastination in students are by providing motivation to build character in students. Providing internal and external motivation to students, so that students have high motivation in carrying out academic assignments by not delaying assignments from the teacher.

Konflik yang menjadi bagian dari kehidupan selalu menjadi perbincangan yang dinamis dan tidak pernah mati. Konflik muncul dari banyak faktor seperti orang, struktur dan komunikasi. Konflik dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif. Hal ini tergantung pada manajemen konflik yang dilakukan. Ketika Anda mengetahui fakta-fakta konflik yang selalu mengiringi Anda, yang terpenting adalah menyiapkan cara-cara menghadapi konflik, sehingga keberadaan konflik menjadi energi yang dahsyat dan digunakan sebagai alat perubahan, bukan sebaliknya. . itu mengurangi kinerja atau menyebabkan efek destruktif lainnya. Dalam kaitan ini, Kyai sebagai pemimpin pesantren bertanggung jawab untuk menentukan tindakan preventif dan kuratif yang tepat. Dalam artikel ini, penulis mencoba memaparkan strategi penanganan konflik yang dapat dilakukan Kyai untuk mencapai solusi yang tepat. Penulis membagi upaya penyelesaian masalah ini menjadi dua bidang, yaitu upaya preventif dan kuratif. Dalam upaya preventif penguatan ESQ melalui budaya pesantren yang direpresentasikan dalam mujahada, isstighosah, transportasi, silaturahmi dan perkawinan antar keluarga pesantren menjadi kunci terpenting. Penulis memaparkan cara-cara yang dapat digunakan Kyai untuk mengelola konflik dalam lima strategi. Yakni al-tabayun (penjelasan), al-syura (pertimbangan), tahkim (upaya mediasi), al-ishlah (perdamaian), sikap al-'afwu (saling memaafkan).

This study purpose to find out how married couples of different tribes resolve conflicts that occur in their marriages. This research is qualitative using case study types, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The informants in this study amounted to 3 married couples who came from different tribes or ethnicities. The results of the study obtained were differences in background and ethnicity did not greatly affect the harmony of the marriage relationship of the three couples, although there were often conflicts. In resolving the conflict is not so difficult because it is based on feelings of affection towards fellow partners. Two of them solve problems by using the type of collaborating, and the rest using the type of accommodating.

This study aims to determine self-control in children with special needs in the country of Jember, this study also aims to determine the role of teachers in increasing the self-control of children with special needs with some disabilities such as children who are deaf and blind, analyze the programs given and strategies, supporting factors and program inhibitors, as well as evaluation of programs to increase self-control in children with special needs outside Jember. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, by taking a background in SLB Negeri Jember, data collection techniques were carried out by carrying out observations, interviews and documentation and the subjects in this study were 5 people. The results showed that the factors that influence the process of increasing self-control are cooperation and willingness between students and teachers to develop self-control in children who have different features.
