Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profesionalisme guru Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor dan peran supervisi klinis pada profesionalisme guru Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskritif, sumber data diperoleh dari supervisor dan guru serta dokumen lain yang selaras. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memeberikan makna dan interpretasi terhadap data yang berhasil dikumpulkan dengan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapan bahwa profesionalisme guru di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor sudah cukup baik, namun masih perlu ditingkatkan, terkhusus untuk guru-guru baru, hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh masa mengajar yang relatif singkat. Penerapan supervisi klinis di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Bogor Sudah terlaksana selama 4 tahun, adapun pelaksanaannya supervisor membimbing langsung guru yang disupervisi, seperti pengecekan i’dad tadris (persiapan materi ajar) sebelum guru mengajar, menilai guru saat dia mengajar, dan setelah itu supervisor memberikan evaluasi. Peran supervisor dalam penerapan supervisi klinis sangat berperan penting pada profesionalisme guru, karena adanya pengawasan dan bimbingan yang dilakukan supervisor. Selain itu setiap guru juga dengan leluasa dapat bertanya ketika mengalami kesulitan dalam mengajar. Untuk itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa supervisi klinis mempunyai kontribusi pada profesionalisme guru. This research aims to determine the professionalism of teachers at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor and the role of clinical supervision in the professionalism of teachers at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, data sources are obtained from supervisors and teachers as well as other relevant documents. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out by providing meaning and interpretation of the data collected using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this research reveal that the professionalism of teachers at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor is quite good, but still needs to be improved, especially for new teachers, this is influenced by the relatively short teaching period. The implementation of clinical supervision at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in Bogor has been implemented for 4 years. In its implementation, the supervisor directly guides the teacher being supervised, such as checking i'dad tadris (preparation of teaching materials) before the teacher teaches, assessing the teacher while he is teaching, and after that the supervisor provides an evaluation. . The role of the supervisor in implementing clinical supervision plays a very important role in teacher professionalism, because of the supervision and guidance carried out by the supervisor. Apart from that, every teacher can also freely ask questions when they experience difficulties in teaching. For this reason, it can be concluded that clinical supervision contributes to teacher professionalism.
