Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam menanggulangi kemiskinan di Kecamatan Kulisusu Utara (2) Untuk mengetahui impilkasi program PKH dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Kulisusu Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data kualitatif, sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Kulisusu Utara belum sepenuhnya optimal, sebab ketepatan sasaran pemberian Bantuan PKH masih belum sepenuhnya sesuai, sebagian kecil masyrakat penerima PKH sudah mampu secara ekonomi. Dan pendamping PKH kurang melakukan Pendampingan. (2) Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat miskin di Kecamatan Kulisusu Utara sudah sangat baik khususnya penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan dalam bidang pendidikan anak Rumah tangga sangat miskin.

Abstract

Labor market dynamics and economic growth are two key components that are interrelated in determining the stability and economic progress of a country. In emerging markets, significant changes in the labor market can affect the overall economic growth path. This research analyzes the relationship between labor market dynamics and economic growth in emerging markets. Using a literature study method, this study collected data from various secondary sources including academic journals, policy reports and relevant case studies during the period 2000-2023. Thematic analysis is used to explore labor market indicators such as the labor force participation rate, unemployment rate, and real wages, and their relationship to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth. The research results show that increasing labor force participation and decreasing unemployment rates significantly contribute to economic growth in emerging markets. Additionally, increases in real wages were found to have a positive effect on labor productivity and economic competitiveness. These findings highlight the importance of inclusive and sustainable labor market policies to promote stable economic growth in developing countries. Policy implications and further recommendations are discussed to support effective decision making by policy makers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness and important role of QRIS in the payment system and its impact on entrepreneurial marketing strategies. QRIS is a simplified QR code-based payment standard that facilitates digital transactions and facilitates the integration of various payment platforms. This study analyzes how QRIS contributes to increasing customer accessibility, accelerating the transaction process, and expanding market reach for business actors, especially MSMEs. In addition, QRIS allows the collection of transaction data that supports the implementation of more targeted and efficient marketing strategies. The findings show that the use of QRIS also increases customer loyalty through digital promotions such as cashback and discounts, as well as strengthening brand awareness. Overall, this study confirms that QRIS is not only a payment tool, but also a catalyst for entrepreneurial growth in the digital era.
