Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect Career Development and Rewards on Job Satisfaction is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literture Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Career Development has an effect on Job Satisfaction; and 2) Rewards have an effect on Job Satisfaction. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Job Satisfaction, there are still many other factors including Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Workload variables.

The Literature Review article on Corruption Measurement: Needs, Opportunity and Rationalization is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Needs have an effect on Corruption; 2) Opportunity affects Corruption; and 3) Rationalization affects Corruption.

Abstract

IoT is developing in many sectors, especially in the industrial and household sectors. IoT is expected to be a new solution in daily activities, especially those closely related to objects or machines. The IoT concept itself is developing innovative technology into an object, with the aim of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of IoT in the industrial and household sectors are 1) Automatic curtain covers, 2) automatic water faucets, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, and 4) and automatic parking scan sensors. This time, the research method is descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researcher's thinking. The results of this study are: 1) Work Effectiveness, related to IoT, where every job will be easier to do with the help of existing technology in the form of IoT, 2) Individual Behaviour, related to IoT, where every job will be easier to do with the help of existing technology in the form of IoT.

Abstract

Based on the correlation level, this research aims to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely looking at the influence of Brand Image and online reviews on interest in buying Samsung Smartphones . Meanwhile, the method used is a quantitative method that uses statistical data to explain/counteract research hypotheses. The unit of analysis refers to the level of unity of data collected during subsequent stages of data analysis. In this study, researchers used an organizational analysis unit, where the object of this research was aimed at Samsung smartphone enthusiasts . The following research was carried out using a field study, namely distributing questionnaires via Google form to 110 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. The following research also aims to see how Brand Image and Online Reviews influence the Interest in Buying Samsung Smartphones among Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management, Andalas University. In analyzing the relationship between variables, the following research uses SPSS version 25.0 software .
