Abstract

AbstrakLatar Belakang: kemoterapi merupakan salah satu terapi kanker yang mempunyai efek samping baik secara fisik atau psikis. Secara fisik pasien akan mengalami mual muntah, rambut rontok, perubahan rasa kecap, keletihan, kulit menjadi kering, tidak nafsu makan, dan ngilu pada tulang. Efek fisik tersebut memberikan dampak psikologis pada pasien kanker yaitu menyebabkan pasien merasakan kecemasan bahkan takut menjalani kemoterapi. Untuk mengatasi efek psikologis tersebut dapat diberikan psikoterapi yang salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan terapi perilaku. Salah satu terapi perilaku yang digunakan untuk mengatasi kecemasan adalah progressive muscle relaxation. Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang penerapan progressive muscle relaxation dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan ansietas pada pasien pre kemoterapi kanker payudara. Metode: penelitian kuantitatif observasional deskriptif laporan kasus, dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang terdiri dari pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi keperawatan, implementasi keperawatan, dan evaluasi keperawatan. Fokus implementasi pada penerapan terapi progressive muscle relaxation untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Terapi progressive muscle relaxation diberikan sebanyak 1 kali sehari selama 5 hari berturut-turut dengan durasi 10 menit. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan yaitu menggunakan skoring Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Hasil: skor tingkat kecemasan pasien sebelum diberikan terapi progressive muscle relaxation yaitu dengan hasil skor 32 (kecemasan berat) dan skor tingkat kecemasan sesudah diberikan terapi  progressive muscle relaxation yaitu dengan hasil skor 10 (tidak cemas) pada hari kelima intervensi. Simpulan: terapi progressive muscle relaxation efektif dalam menurunkan kecemasan pada pasien pre kemoterapi kanker payudara. Kata kunci: Ansietas, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Kanker Payudara, Kemoterapi

Abstract

Background: Nurses' work productivity is an important factor in improving and developing the quality of hospital services. Productivity in nursing is complex and impacts patient care. If nurse productivity is low, the performance of nurses in providing nursing services will decrease. As a result, client satisfaction as recipients of nursing services is not met properly, so that the quality of nursing services decreases. Apart from that, poor nurse productivity tends to result in poor documentation quality as well. Objective: The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between work motivation and discipline and work productivity. Method: Quantitative research with a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study was 65 respondents. This research was conducted at Melati Tangerang Hospital from April-May 2023. This research used univariate tests to identify the characteristics of respondents and bivariate tests using the Chi-Square Test were used to determine the relationship between variables. Results: there is a significant relationship between work motivation and discipline and nurses' work productivity with a p-value of 0.000. 81.5% of respondents have high work motivation, 84.6% of respondents have high work discipline and as many as 81.5% of respondents have a high level of work productivity. Conclusion: High work motivation and discipline can increase work productivity thereby improving the quality of nursing services and preventing errors in providing nursing care

Abstract

Background: the death rate due to cardiac arrest is still very high, namely around 475,000 deaths. Cardiac arrest conditions must be given immediate assistance because it can disrupt blood circulation throughout the body. The general public has a very important role in providing first aid to victims of cardiac arrest that occur outside the hospital. Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and community attitudes in providing aid to cardiac arrest patients in RW 04, Batu Ceper Village. Method: using a cross sectional research design, a sample of 93 respondents, using a purposive sampling technique, data was obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents which were then processed using the Spearman Rank analysis test. Results: 45 people (48.4%) had a poor level of knowledge with 56 people (60.2%) having a bad attitude from the community. There is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and people's attitudes with a p value (0.000) < α (0.05). Conclusion: the higher the level of public knowledge, the better their attitude in providing aid to cardiac arrest patients.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is the number one risk factor for death globally, affecting more than one billion people. Hypertension does not cause any symptoms so it is called the silent killer. Mechanical hemodynamic changes, arterial stiffness, neurohormonal and autonomic dysregulation and decreased renal function increase the risk of hypertension in the elderly. Hypertension can be controlled by compliance with taking medication. Self-efficacy is a factor that plays an important role in treatment compliance. Objective: to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to a low salt diet in hypertensive elderly in the coastal area of ​​Pakuhaji Community Health Center. Method: Quantitative research with cross sectional design. A total of 84 respondents were drawn using purposive sampling technique. Inclusion criteria: respondent's age ≥ 60; Prolanis members at Pakuhaji Community Health Center; Able to communicate, read and write well. Time for research implementation March to July 2023. Data analysis using Spearman Rank. Results: There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and low-salt diet compliance (p value 0.000), with a strong and positive correlation between self-efficacy and low-salt diet compliance (0.634). Conclusion: The higher the elderly's self-efficacy, the higher the adherence to a low-salt diet.
