Abstract

Perilaku kekerasan adalah perilaku menyerang atau mengancam orang lain, menyakiti diri sendiri atau merusak lingkungan yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor termasuk karena proses penyakit gangguan jiwa berat. Binaural Beats ialah musik yang memberikan stimulasi pada gelombang otak agar otak dapat bekerja untuk menyeimbangkan produksi hormon serotonine, hormon norephineprin dan hormon dopamine dengan cara memberikan stimulus pada telinga kanan dan telinga kiri dengan frekuensi yang berbeda yang nantinya otak akan melakukan proses kembali frekuensi yang telah diterima. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perilaku kekerasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi musik Binaural Beats pada pasien Skizofrenia. Metode penerapan ini bersifat deskriptif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan 2 subjek penelitian, instrumen penelitian lembar observasi yaitu Agression Self-Control. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan terapi musik pada Nn.N didapatkan skor Agression 41 dan SelfControl 74, pada Nn.G skor Agression 65 dan Self-Control 50. Setelah diberikan terapi musik pada Nn.N didapatkan skor Agression 36 dan Self-Control 79, Nn.G skor Agression 57 dan Self-Control 58. Dari hasil penerapan ini didapatkan adanya pengaruh terapi musik Binaural Beats yaitu musik New Age Yanni dalam mengontrol perilaku kekerasan pada pasien Skizofrenia. Perlu adanya pengawasan secara berkelanjutan dalam pemberian terapi musik Binaural Beats sehingga intervensi yang dilakukan berjalan maksimal.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a common health problem worldwide, around 70% of people suffering from schizophrenia experience auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are where patients feel that they can hear voices without a sound source. This situation causes the patient's inability to perceive reality accurately. One of the nursing interventions performed for auditory hallucinations is perceptual stimulation group activity therapy. Method: The method used in this application is descriptive with a case study research design, research subjects totaling 2 respondents, sheet research instruments observation that is AHRS . Findings: There were differences in scores before and after being given Group Activity Therapy (TAK), namely a decrease in the hallucination level score on Mr. F and Mr. W. Implication: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of Group Activity Therapy (TAK) in controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients after being given Group Activity Therapy (TAK) for 2 applications. In addition to providing Group Activity Therapy (TAK), the patient's recovery or stability is also supported by continued treatment and rehabilitation.

Abstract

Background: The prevalence of elderly anxiety at the age of 55-65 years is 6.9%, while at the age of 65-75 years it reaches 9.7% and the age of 75 years and over has a figure of 13.4% Along with the increase in the level of anxiety of the elderly in Indonesia, it is found that the elderly experience many problems both physiological and psychological Problems that often arise in the elderly are anxiety experienced by the elderly in Indonesia is very high, Handling in elderly anxiety can be given one of them with the Butterfly Hug relaxation technique to reduce anxiety levels. Objective: Knowing changes in anxiety levels in the elderly at the 'Aisyiyah Surakarta Elderly Home. Method: This study used a descriptive design on 2 elderly respondents conducted from May 26-28, 2023 at the 'Aisyiyah Surakarta Elderly Home with each respondent given an intervention for 3 consecutive days. The instrument used was the Geriatric Anxiety Inventory (GAI) observation Results: The level of anxiety before implementation on both respondents was included in the moderate anxiety category with the 1st respondent scoring 10 and the 2nd respondent scoring 9, Then after the application, the anxiety level of the two respondents fell into the mild anxiety category with the 1st respondent scoring 3 and the 2nd respondent scoring 4. Conclusion: The application of the Butterfly Hug technique is able to reduce anxiety levels in the elderly at the 'Aisyiyah Surakarta elderly home.
