<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia pada mahasiswa STAKat Negeri Pontianak dan mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi perkuliahan Bahasa Indonesia yang paling sulit dipahami oleh mahasiswa adalah materi tentang Menyusun Daftar Pustaka, Menulis Kutipan, dan Diksi. Kesulitan belajar tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor antara lain motivasi dan minat mahasiswa, kompetensi dosen, kompetensi mahasiswa, serta lingkungan dan sarana prasarana. Namun, dari berbagai faktor penyebab tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor kompetensi mahasiswa sebab masih banyak mahasiswa yang tidak aktif dalam perkuliahan yang disebabkan oleh tidak berani untuk berpendapat.Kata Kunci: kesulitan belajar, Mahasiswa, Bahasa Indonesia.ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the difficulties in learning Indonesian language courses among STAKat Negeri Pontianak students and describe the causes of students' learning difficulties. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results of the research show that the Indonesian language lecture material that is most difficult for students to understand is the material on Compiling a Bibliography, Writing Quotes, and Diction. The lack of smooth learning is caused by various factors, including student motivation and interest, lecturer competence, student competence, as well as the environment and infrastructure. However, of the various causal factors, the most dominant factor is the student competency factor because there are still many students who are not active in lectures because they do not dare to express their opinion.Keywords: learning difficulties, students, Indonesian. ]]>
