Abstract

This research aims to analyze management in the utilization of funds from the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room in the RT. 07 Mayang Mangurai Village. Research was conducted to understand how these funds are managed and used to support religious and social activities in the environment. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the fund management process. The research results show that the management of the funds of the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room is influenced by factors such as transparency, accountability and community participation in decision making. The implication of this research is the importance of improving fund governance to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness in the use of funds.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of Productive Waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City and aims to find out the analysis of productive waqf, the utilization of productive waqf results and the view of Islamic economics on the analysis of productive waqf in Azizi Mosque, Jelutung District, Jambi City. In this study using a qualitative approach that is useful for providing information on facts and data on the mechanism of analysis of productive waqf Dimasjid Azizi Jelutung District Jambi City, with data collection methods by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of this study it was found that: (1) Analysis of productive waqf at Dimasjid Azizi from the management aspects of Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling, has not gone well. Because of the various problems that occur. (2) The utilization of waqf results carried out is mostly used for consumptive use, especially for religious activities such as recitation, and others. There has been no utilization to improve the economy, in the health sector or other social sectors. (3) the view of the Islamic economy on productive waqf which in its implementation is carried out with a rental system, where the rental of productive waqf assets at the Azizi Mosque is not found to have an element of usury for the delay in payment, even if there is a delay in payment the nazhir gives time and opportunity to pay it.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a capital loan program provided by PNM Mekaar Syariah to underprivileged women who are ultra-micro entrepreneurs based on a fatwa and/or statement of sharia conformity from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council. This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the capital loan program on PNM Mekaar Syariah customers in Sungai Ruan Ulu Village, Maro Sebo Ulu District, Batanghari Regency. The number of samples in this study was 80 people and used a simple random sampling technique, namely a sampling method by selecting directly from the population and the opportunity for each member of the population to become a sample was very large. Simple regression analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The results of this research show that the capital loan program has an effect on PNM Mekaar Syariah customers in Sungai Ruan Ulu Village, Maro Sebo Ulu District, Batanghari Regency. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valid and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occur
