Abstract

The Islamic Students Movement of Indonesia is an organization aimed at the formation of Indonesian Muslims who are afraid of Allah SWT, righteous, knowledgeable, competent, and responsible in practicing their knowledge and commitment to the realization of the ideals of Indonesia's independence. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the values contained in the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah (ASWAJA), which is made PMII, as the basis of the value of thought and the theological foundation. The method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive approach, which is a way to find new meanings, explain a condition of existence, determine the frequency of occurrence of something, and categorize information. In this study, there are four principles of values that can be transformed into the direction of the PMII movement, which is a framework of thinking to be able to formulate concrete solutions to the problems that exist in the current reality. There are four kinds of worshippers in the Qur’an: al-Tawassuth, Al-Tawazun, al-Asamuh, and al-I’tidal.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang manfaat penerapan Manajemen Forum Group Discussion (FGD) Analisis SWOT untuk membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan. Analisis SWOT adalah alat strategis untuk mencapai tujuan dan membantu mempersiapkan perencanaan strategis untuk masa yang akan datang. Mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya memahami faktor internal dan eksternal, meminimalisasi kesalahan dan acaman melalui strategi yang terukur dengan memaksimalkan potensi diri. kegiatan ini melibatkan mahasiswa dalam berbagai kegiatan, yaitu mulai dari memberikan materi ke FGD hingga mempresentasikan hasilnya. Setelah FGD selesai, mahasiswa diminta untuk mempresentasikan hasil analisis SWOT mereka di depan forum. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan peserta untuk berbicara di depan umum, tetapi juga memfasilitasi pertukaran ide dan umpan balik konstruktif. Pengabdian pelaksanaan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) Analisis SWOT menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan (Action Research). Dengan menggunakan model Kemmis & Taggart, yaitu: Tahap Perencanaan (Planning), Tahap Tindakan (Action), Tahap Pengamatan (Observation), dan Tahap Refleksi (Reflection). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen FGD analisis SWOT dapat membantu mahasiswa memahami dan menguasai kepemimpinan serta dapat membuat perencanaan strategis yang sistematis untuk kedepannya. Penelitian ini menegaskan betapa pentingnya menggabungkan teori dan praktik dalam pembelajaran mahasiswa dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap literatur tentang pengembangan pribadi dan kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan landasan yang solid untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut bagaimana Manajemen FGD Analisis SWOT dapat diterapkan untuk membangun kepemimpinan mahasiswa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Background. One of the common causes is attitude, a complex problem experienced by students at the Aliyah level causing less serious learning. Behavior will have a special impact on the social aspects of life. So it takes more effort for a teacher to prevent and anticipate unwanted things from happening. Purpose. The purpose of this study, to how the application of overcoming the attitude of Madrasah Aliyah students in interacting both with each other and with other educators, through the Efficiency of Learning Methods. Method. This research uses quantitative methods by using surveys and in-depth interviews with educators. The results of this study are educators looking for a middle point on how to build the character of Aliyah students through the Efficiency of Learning Methods. Results The conclusion of this research is that educators can take advantage of providing material that is already in the syllabus for learning to make student character can be formed. Conclusion. Therefore, the limitation of this study is that researchers cannot present valid behavioral data for each Aliyah student. It is hoped that future researchers can present an in-depth look at the behavioral problems that exist in Aliyah students.
