Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan : Berdasarkan situasi di ruang perinatalogi Rs An-Nisa Tangerang perbulan januari-juni 2024 sebanyak 0,45% dati 85 bayi yang mengalami hiperbilirubin. Penggunaan fototerapi pada bayi hiperbilirubin sangat membantu memperpanjang kehidupan tetapi efek dari tindakan fototerapi dapat menyebabkan beberapa komplikasi salah satunya dehidrasi. Tindakan keperawatan mandiri managemen nurtrisi merupakan salah satu cara dalam mencegah dehidrasi akibat Tindakan fototerapi, managemen pemberian ASI setiap 3jam ( 30- 60cc ) pada bayi yang mendapat fototerapi untuk meminimal kan timbul nya dehidrasi Tujuan: Karya Tulis Ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan Hiperbilirubin pada neonatus dengan intervensi managemen pemberian asi dalam upaya pencegahan dehidrasi akibat tindakan fototerapi di ruang Perinatalogi Rs An-Nisa Tangerang. pemeberian asuhan keperawatan Hiperbilirubin pada neonatus dengan intervensi managemen pemberian asi dalam upaya pencegahan dehidrasi akibat tindakan fototerapi. Hasil: Berdasarkan Studi kasus pada pasien kelolaan diperoleh hasil terdapat adanya perubahan nilai bilirubin dan bayi tidak mengalami dehidrasi setelah dilakukan Tindakan managemen nutrisi Kata Kunci: Hiperbilirubin, Fototerapi, Managemen nutrisi Abstract Introduction: Based on the situation in the perinatology room of An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang, as of January-June 2024, 0.45% of 85 babies experienced hyperbilirubinemia. The use of phototherapy in hyperbilirubinous babies greatly helps prolong life, but the effects of phototherapy can cause several complications, one of which is dehydration. Independent nursing actions for nutritional management are one way to prevent dehydration due to phototherapy, management of breastfeeding every 3 hours (30-60cc) in babies receiving phototherapy to minimize the occurrence of dehydration. Purpose: This Scientific Paper aims to provide nursing care for Hyperbilirubinemia in neonates with interventions for breastfeeding management in an effort to prevent dehydration due to phototherapy in the Perinatology Room of An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. provision of nursing care for Hyperbilirubinemia in neonates with interventions for breastfeeding management in an effort to prevent dehydration due to phototherapy. Results: Based on case studies on managed patients, the results showed that there were changes in bilirubin values ​​and the baby did not experience dehydration after nutritional management measures were carried out.
