Abstract

Pediculosis capitis is a common disease in Indonesia. The study aims to identify the shaming determinan with the incidence of pedicuinfirmcapitis in the village of gourd bay district monastery district, the serdang deli district. The study was carried out from December 16 to 17, 2023. Studies using primary data analysed by handing out questionnaires of 229 children. Data collection USES an interview sampling technique and USES a questionnaire consisting of questions about identity, body weight, how to get the disease in any way or treatment for the disease. The analysis of the data on this study is done using a descriptive method. The study was a quantitative study with a conceptual analysis that used a c-square test. As many as 125 respondents had suffered from backups and 70 of those who had hair lice affected their friends. In this study, shampooing becomes the reason children are subjected to kuples by the number of one week at 41 reponden 1x a week, 103 respondents at 2x-3x a week, 81 responders >3x a week, and 4 respondents daily shampooing. Next to those who did not treat me as many as 107 respondents while 56 reponden treated me with a comb of ticks, 42 reponden with peditox, 4 of those with hair cuts, 1 of olive oil, 2 of those with just shampooing, and 17 of those with magic chalk. It can then be deduced from study that the factors that caused the respondents to become Pediculosis capitis were those that resulted from irregular shampooing, the transmission of the family, and the transmission of a friend.

Abstract

Fishermen are a group of humans who put their hope in the product of the sea. Fatigue experienced by fishermen can result in reduced performance and loss of security, thus endangering the fishermen and others. This literature study aims to obtain information and analyze a burgeoning article with potential work exhaustion against fishermen's work accidents. The methods used to collect information are the methods of literature view through online media sources such as Mendeley, Google Schoolar, publication or publication, and other online media. Based on the articles already collected results, there's a factor contributing to work accidents for fishermen, one of which is work fatigue. Fatigue can cause a drop in awareness of safety and health at work for fishermen and psychosomatic abilities. Fishermen who worked in tired conditions were more likely to have work accidents.

Abstract

The work environment on stress levels and employee productivity are interrelated and significant things. A comfortable and supportive work environment can increase productivity and reduce stress. The aim of this literature study is to obtain information and analyze articles that influence the work environment on stress levels and employee productivity. The method used to collect information is literature view methodology through sources from online media such as Mendeley, Google Scholar, Publish or Perish, and other online media. Based on the articles that have been collected, the results show that there are factors that contribute to the work environment. A comfortable work environment has a big influence on employee productivity, conversely, if the work environment is not conducive it will be the cause of decreased employee productivity

Abstract

Puskesmas is a formal sector that is very likely to occur in the event of a fire disaster.  Workers who work in the formal sector such as puskesmas have a lurking threat that can pose a risk to their work environment. Anticipation of K3 Emergency Response (Occupational Safety and Health) is mandatory. So, it is important for puskesmas to implement K3 and prepare emergency response that can prevent disasters such as fire. The purpose of this article is to find out the analysis of the anticipation of puskesmas on fire disaster emergency response.  The method used to collect information is the literature view methodology through sources from online media such as Mendeley, Google Schoolar, Publish or Perish, and other online media. Based on articles that have been collected from 14 analyzed articles. The results of the literature study analysis were obtained that the human resources of most puskesmas already have a special disaster emergency response team, for the budget using funds from the puskesmas, then in facilities and infrastructure some are sufficient such as alarms, fire detectors, and evacuation support. Anticipation of fires in each puskesmas has carried out the standards of the Ministry of Health.
