Abstract

Road network handling activities aim to improve and maintain road conditions so that accessibility and mobility are maintained to meet the needs of the community for movement At the XXI National Road Executing Center in Kendari, the use of heavy equipment is for routine road maintenance activities. So far, the activity of maintaining and building roads in the province of Southeast Sulawesi. XXI Kendari National Road Executing Agency's heavy equipment consists of several types, including: Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, Three Wheel Rollers, Dump Trucks, Excavators, Boldoser, and Tandem Rollers. Based on the heavy equipment characteristics of the Excavator National Road Executing Agency, the Bulldozer is badly damaged, the Road Roller (3 Damaged and 4 is good), the Motor Greder is good and the Whell Loader (1 Damaged and 1 Good)The level of effectiveness of heavy equipment managed by the XXI Kendari National Road Executing Agency is still low, this is indicated by the average level of tool utility valued at 22.75%, as well as the average efficiency level of only 23.93%, this is caused by, Some tools are old and have passed the economic age so that they have an impact on the high operational costs of the equipment, the level of utility of the tool is low, because the use of equipment is still limited in North Konawe district, Supervision of operating hours and the imposition of late payment penalties accordingkeywords: Heavy equipment, Efficiency, Effectiveness

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu-lintas adalah suatu peristiwa di jalan yang tidak diduga dan tidak disengaja melibatkan kendaraan dengan atau tanpa pengguna jalan lain yang mengakibatkan korban manusia dan/atau kerugian harta benda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas berdasarkan tipologi kecelakaan pada jalan nasional ruas jalan Wawotobi-Pohara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kualitatif, dimana penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki, menemukan, menggambarkan dan menjelaskan kualitas atau keistimewaan dari pengaruh sosial yang tidak dapat dijelaskan, diukur, dan digambarkan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi literatur.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa : (1) tingkat kecelakaan tertinggi pada 2018 sebesar 64 kecelakaan; (2) keparahan dengan jumlah terbanyak terjadi pada tahun 2016 dengan orang meninggal berjumlah 18 orang; (3) Kecelakaan lalu lintas berdasarkan jenis kelamin didominasi oleh laki-laki dengan jumlah rata-rata persentasi kecelakan tiap tahunya sebesar tahunya sebesar 79,5% untuk laki-laki dan 20,5% (4) Kecelakaan lalu lintas berdasarkan waktu kejadian pada tahun 2015 sampai dengan 2019 terjadi paling banyak pada pukul 14.00-22.00; (5) kecelakaan lalu lintas berdasarkan jenis tabrakannya didominasi oleh tabrak depan; (5) Kecelakaan berdasarkan penyebabnya disebabkan oleh tiga faktor yaitu manusia , kendaraan dan jalan (6) ruas jalan dan kecematan yang berada di ruas jalan Wawotobi-Pohara tidak memilki daerah rawan kecelakaan; (7) upaya penanggulangan kecelakaan dan perbaikan jalan dengan melakukan perbaikan geomterik jalan, pemasangan marka jalan dan perbaikan struktur jalanKata Kunci: kecelakaan, tipologi, lalu lintas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of pedestrians, the existing conditions of pedestrian facilities, aspects of pedestrian safety, and the relationship of conditions of pedestrian facilities to aspects of pedestrian safety in front of the Lippo Plaza Kendari City. Technical data analysis using mathematical equations and non parametric statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 21.The results showed that the characteristics of the foot in front of the Lippo Plaza Kendari Cityfrom the calculation results obtained by the pedestrian flow (Q) in segment 1 at 16:00 to 21:00 at 1,61 people/meter/minute while in segment 2 at 1,56 people/meter/minute, the average speed of the pedestrian room (Vs) is 61,35 meters/minute, pedestrian density (D) is 0,026 people/meter, pedestrian space (S) is 38,72 meters2/person. The existing condition of the pedestrian facility in front of the Lippo Plaza Kendari City was included in the criteria that is not good that is equal to 39,3% while the safety aspects included in the criteria are not good at 46%. There is a relationship between the condition of pedestrian facilities and aspects of pedestrian safety but is very weak with a value of 0,139

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the current performance of urban transportation within the province and analyze the need for urban transportation modes within the province. The data analysis technique uses mathematical equations with the help of Microsoft Excel Software. The observation point is at the Baruga Terminal of Kendari City. The results showed that the return trip time of the 8 study routes was only 6 routes that met World Bank standards, namely Torobulu, Andoolo, Lainea, Tinanggea, Palangga and Motaha routes. For vehicle frequency, only 4 routes meet World Bank standards, namely Bambaea, Lainea, Tinanggea and Palangga routes. From the aspect of the loading factor, the highest is on the Torobulu, Lainea and Palangga routes, while the lowest is on the Boepinang route. From the aspect of time difference, none of them meet the World Bank's standard values. From the aspect of cycle time, only 1 route does not meet the standard, namely the Boepinang route. The need for city-in-province transportation modes at the Baruga Terminal has not met the standard because the number of vehicles operating is far less than the number of vehicles set by the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Service.
