E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling products electronically by consumers and from company to company with computers as intermediaries for business transactions. The media that can be used in E-Commerce activities is the world wide web internet. The implementation of online buying and selling is that online sales and purchases are often only based on trust, which means that the perpetrators of online buying and selling are often not clearly known, so that quite a few of these buying and selling models end in fraud. For more details regarding the implementation of online buying and selling, it can be explained in detail as follows: implementation of transactions (contracts) in online buying and selling, payments in online buying and selling, delivery of goods, online buying and selling locations, online buying and selling components. When viewed from its operational system, e-commerce according to contemporary jurisprudence is a tool, media, technical method or facility (wasilah) which according to sharia rules is flexible, dynamic and variable. This includes undisciplined dunya (worldly technical issues) during the corridor of sharia for Muslims to master and utilize developments of the times for common prosperity. According to the rules of fiqh as stated by Wahbah Zuhaili, the basic principles of muamalah transactions and the conditions related to them are permissible as long as they are not prohibited by the sharia or contrary to the propositions.

Abstract

This research discusses how holidays differ in Indonesia. The difference in determining the start of the Qamariah month, especially the start of Ramadan, Shawwal and Zulhijah, is a recurring phenomenon in Indonesia. These differences often cause unrest among Muslims, disrupt the solemnity of worship and even threaten the stability of the brotherhood. Ru'yatul hilal is a practical method to prove whether the new crescent moon (hilal) is visible or not. If in astronomy the celestial objects that are usually rukyat are recommended to be above an angle of 15 degrees, then ru'yatul hilal is done when the moon's irtifa' is still very low, and is done every 29th of Sha'ban or Ramadan regardless of whether it has been ijtima' or not. The science of arithmetic is the equivalent of the science of astronomy, which is a branch of applied astronomy that discusses determining times of worship by calculating the position of the sun and moon relative to the earth. The issue of reckoning and rukyat at the beginning of the month of Qamariah is an important issue because it is related to determining major Muslim holidays, for example the months of Ramadhan, Shawwal and Zulhijah.

Honesty is one of the important things that must be done by parties carrying out transactions in business ventures. A person who is honest in his soul has spiritual values that reflect an attitude of siding with the truth, commendable morals, and responsibility in carrying out his duties and work, so that he appears as a person of integrity who has a commendable and complete personality. Honesty is a pearl of morals that will place a person in a noble position. An honest business person will keep his balance, telling the good and bad of the goods he sells. From a buying and selling relationship that is based on honesty, trust will emerge between the seller and the buyer or between the service provider and the service user. This belief is one way to ensure that business is carried out in accordance with Islamic sharia, which is the most basic of all relationships and transactions in business activities.
