Abstract

Online gambling has become a growing phenomenon in Indonesia along with advances in information and communication technology. Even though gambling is generally prohibited in Indonesia, online gambling activities can still be accessed by the public through gambling sites from abroad. This journal outlines the legal implications of online gambling in Indonesia as well as law enforcement efforts that have been and will be carried out by the government to overcome this problem. Parties involved in online gambling, both organizers and players, may be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations. Apart from that, online gambling is also related to issues of money laundering and consumer protection. The government has taken steps such as blocking online gambling sites, international cooperation, increasing public awareness, and law enforcement to overcome the rise of online gambling.

Abstract

The study cases were selected based on their relevance and complexity in the context of legal considerations in post-divorce child custody. Decision Number ---/Pdt.G/2023/PN Smn was chosen because it provides an in-depth understanding of the legal framework and factors considered in post-divorce child custody cases. This research will use a qualitative approach with a case study design. This approach was chosen to understand in depth the legal considerations used in determining child custody after divorce. Researchers will study legal documents such as court decisions, judge's considerations, and statutory regulations related to determining child custody after divorce. Post-divorce child custody can be a difficult and controversial issue, especially in cases involving an unexpected and disorganized divorce. In this research the author focuses on the context of legal considerations in post-divorce child custody in Decision Number ---/Pdt.G/2023/PN Smn. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research results show that court decisions can influence various aspects of children's lives, including economic stability, parenting patterns, and interactions with the social environment. Therefore, judges must consider all these aspects carefully and comprehensively to ensure that the decisions taken truly prioritize the best interests of the child.

Abstract

Outsourcing has become a common business strategy used by companies to improve operational efficiency and efficiency. However, the impact of outsourcing on the competitive advantage of companies remains a controversial topic.Outsourcing is a way in which companies hand over part of their business functions or processes to external parties or other companies that are more specialized in the field. The objective of outsourcing is to increase efficiency, reduce operating costs, and enable companies to focus on core competencies that are being experienced. The study aims to analyze the influence of outsourcing on the competitive advantage of companies. The study uses the methodology of literature review by analyzing various scientific sources, such as academic journals, books, and research reports. Research results show that outsourcing can have a positive and a negative impact on the competitive advantage of companies. The influence of outsourcing on the competitive advantage of a company depends on a variety of factors, such as the type of activity that is outsourced, the choice of the company to outsource, and the company's ability to manage the relationship. Therefore, companies need to carefully consider all these factors before deciding to do outsourcing.
