Abstract

The debate about the boundaries of women's private parts has continued from classical to modern times. This is because the problem of limiting women's private parts has implications for other problems, such as wearing the veil, women's voices and women's interactions with men. This article aims to examine in detail the limits of women's private parts and other matters related to it. The research carried out was qualitative research through literature study. The research was conducted by analyzing the concept and boundaries of women's private parts according to the opinions of 4 schools of thought, namely the Hanafi, Maliki, Syafii and Hanbali schools. Apart from that, it also examines the opinions of contemporary scholars regarding women's private parts. This article concludes that within the boundaries of women's private parts, there are things that the ulama agree on and there are also things where the ulama have different opinions on them.

Abstract

Law in Islam aims to regulate human interests to obtain benefits in life, so thinking in Islamic law continues to develop and goes hand in hand with the pace of development of the Muslim community itself. Laws in Islam certainly originate from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith so that everything is clearly explained and determined in these sources. The development of thought in Islamic law during the Tabi'in period experienced a golden age because there were many reforms in istinbath al-ahkam/making or enacting laws. This is the point of scientific progress in the Islamic world, especially in Islamic law.

Abstract

Work Ethic Is A Belief That A Person Has In Doing Something With The Determination To Work Hard And Give Their Best. People Who Have A Work Ethic Will Usually Be More Appreciated Because They Are Responsible For Every Job They Do. Besides That, Their Determination And Dedication To The Work They Do Makes Them Get More Value Than Others. This Can Increase The Chances Of Success In One's Career.Work In Islam Is Actually A Form Of Implementation Of Its Creation On Earth, As Caliph Fil Ardhi, Humans In Their Physical Form Are Ordered To Prosper The Earth And The Universe. Rasulullah Muhammad Saw Gave An Example That When He Was A Teenager He Was An Intelligent And Tenacious Worker. Thanks To This Hard Work, The Prophet's Trading Business Developed. Even When He Was Officially Appointed As An Apostle And Leader Of The Ummah, Prophet Muhammad's Work Spirit Did Not Weaken, World Affairs And Government, Economics And Even Building Fortifications For Military Strategy Were Still Being Worked On. Work Is An Obligatory Command In Islam In Line With The Obligatory Command To Provide A Living And Share With Others
