Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di TK Wilayah I Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di TK Wilayah 1 Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 89 guru. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan secara acak dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 111 guru, instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah angket. Hasil penelitian ini adalah diperoleh hubungan positif dan signifikan secara langsung antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dengan prestasi guru, kemudian diperoleh korelasi simultan sebesar 0,911, kemudian diperoleh pula koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,911%. Artinya semakin tinggi pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, maka akan semakin tinggi pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru di TK Wilayah 1 Kabupaten Aceh Besar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the Principal's Managerial Ability on Teacher Performance in Kindergarten Region I Aceh Besar Regency, The research method used is the Quantitative Research method. The population in this study was all teachers in kindergarten Region 1 Aceh Besar Regency which amounted to 89 teachers. While the sample of this study was randomly determined and obtained a sample of 111 teachers, the research instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The result of this study is that there is a positive and directly significant relationship between the principal's managerial ability and teacher performance, then a simultaneous correlation of 0.911 was obtained, then a determination coefficient of 0.911% was also obtained. This means that the higher the influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance, the higher it will affect teacher performance in Kindergarten Region 1 Aceh Besar Regency.
