<![CDATA[Abstrak - Kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah cara masyarakat berinteraksi dengan layanan sehari-hari. Salah satu aspek penting adalah kemudahan dalam mendapatkan kebutuhan pokok seperti gas dan galon air minum. Berbagai faktor seperti keterbatasan waktu, dan mobilitas yang tinggi mendorong kebutuhan akan aplikasi berbasis mobile yang memungkinkan akses lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien terhadap jasa pengiriman gas dan galon. Berdasarkan hasil observasi mengungkapkan beberapa keluhan dari sejumlah pelanggan yang merasa terganggu karena pesanan pelanggan terlupa atau terlewat. Beberapa di antara pelanggan menyatakan bahwa pesanan yang dipesan melalui Short Message Service (SMS), telepon, maupun WhatsApp tidak terproses dengan cepat atau bahkan dilupakan oleh pihak Warung Agung 02. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam memproses pesanan atau bahkan kehilangan pesanan yang penting. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan ketidakpuasan bagi pelanggan dan memengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap layanan antar gas dan galon dari Warung Agung 02.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan sistem yang dapat melakukan pemesanan gas dan galon berbasis mobile dimana pelanggan dapat memesan melalui aplikasi, diantarkan oleh driver dan pembayaranpun dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi karena sudah terintegrasi Midtrans. Sistem dibuat dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan Dart dengan Framework Flutter, serta menggunakan database MySQL. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall dan tahapann mencakup System requirements definition, system design allocation, Software requirements analysis, Software design, Coding unit testing, Integration Integration Testing, Acceptance testing, dan Maintenance. Dari hasil pengujian unit testing integration testing (Blackbox) menunjukan bahwa sistem sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan dari hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) berdasarkan 3 parameter uji yaitu desain, fitur, dan kepuasan pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi ini diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna, dengan tingkat penerimaan secara keseluruhan mencapai 86%. One important aspect is the ease of obtaining basic needs such as gas and gallons of drinking water. Various factors such as limited time and high mobility drive the need for mobile-based applications that enable easier, faster and more efficient access to gas and gallon delivery services. Based on the results of observations, several complaints were revealed from a number of customers who felt disturbed because customer orders were forgotten or missed. Some customers stated that orders ordered via Short Message Service (SMS), telephone and WhatsApp were not processed quickly or were even forgotten by Warung Agung 02. This could cause delays in processing orders or even loss of important orders. This can cause dissatisfaction for customers and affect customer confidence in the gas and gallon delivery service from Warung Agung 02. The aim of this research is to provide a system that can order mobile-based gas and gallons where customers can order via the application, delivered by a driver and Payment can also be made via the application because it is integrated with Midtrans. The system was created using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and Dart with the Flutter Framework, and using a MySQL database. The system development method used is the waterfall method and the stages include system requirements definition, system design allocation, software requirements analysis, software design, coding unit testing, integration integration testing, acceptance testing, and maintenance. From the results of unit testing integration testing (Blackbox) it shows that the system is running well, and from the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) based on 3 test parameters namely design, features and user satisfaction shows that this information system is well received by users , with an overall acceptance rate of 86%.
