Abstract

This paper aims to disclouse about naming or name offering on the kind of corporate types containing elements of the language unit the form of categories sub noun, adjective, verb, pronoun, and the same type. Naming or name reference it is known by the term toponimi (form the name). In the field of scientific study called the antroponimi study.The fact that the currently emerging corporate names that are likely to be free to give a name to fit the character and local based in the Papua special autonomy. Affirmative and specificities of the Special Autonomy Law for Papua tend to open up spaces of democracy for the Papua Origin to vote and determine the lexicon a lexicon or word choice- the name of the corresponding value of the philosophical, sociological, and political.In perspective of Linguistics, language functions that in fact can reveal the meaning and symbol behind the name of the type of corporate ownership about a world economy (business) which are available in the understanding as a reality.This paper takes a sample corporate names in the city of Jayapura, Papua Province. In principle, this paper with Linguistics and Economics elaborated through the phenomenological philosophical approach. These approaches can be explored as a whole as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon. In the era of Corporation Toponimi Papua Special Autonomy to have an influence get analysis , that is (1) the economic value, (2) socio-cultural value, and (3) politic value.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan menggambarkan tentang Noken Papua sebagai warisan tak benda yang di warisi oleh sebagian besar perempuan papua dalam kerangka Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Noken Papua menjadi sesuatu artefak yang melekat dengan Perempuan Papua. Dari siklus lahir, hidup, dan mati dari perempuan Papua selalu menyatu dengan Noken Papua. Keberadaan Noken Papua menjadi penenda identitas perempuan Papua untuk dihargai sesuai harkat dan martabatnya sebagai manusia yang berjenis kelamin perempuan dan sebagai makhluk Tuhan.Selain itu, artikel ini juga mengeksplorasi tentang ideologi yang menjadi cita-cita ideal, pandangan hidup Perempuan Papua yang menjadi dasar dan pijakan individu maupun kolektivitas yang merupaka bagian penting dari sebuah peradaban. Sebab itu, seseorang harus memiliki ideologi agar punya keyakinan dan identitas untuk hidup bersama dalam satu komunitas.Tulisan ini juga mengeksplorasi noken dan Perempuan Papua yang masih berjuang menghadapi birokrasi yang meminggirkan perempuan sementara nilai-nilai budaya masih memposisikan perempuan dalam simbol noken Papua sebagai maskawin (mahar) kepada pihak lain, serta mengabaikan pemenuhan hak ekonomi, sosial dan politik perempuan Papua.

Abstract

This paper reveals the characteristics of the tribes in the Saireri, Doberai and Bomberai Adat territories of the Province of West Papua have a social-cultural view and value of nature (earth, land, sea, hamlet, gardens, forest, island) as follows: (1) economic character: as a medium that provides all the necessities and necessities of life, ranging fromfood, beverages, medicines, firewood and home-made materials; (2) cultural character: as mama, namely the party that gives birth and raises; is therefore “legitimate” if the mother guarantees the life of all her children with the fertility and abundance of natural wealth; (3) religious character: associated and / or associated with the ancestors, spirits of their ancestors; (4) political character: part of the sovereignty of society. In the stages of human relationships with the environment, it can be shown that all aspects of culture, behavior and even the “fate” of human beings are influenced, determined and subject to the environment. In the life of the group there are forms of human life alliance arising as a result of climate, geography, and economic interactions. The three parts of the environment are also very determinant of the style of human tempramen.

Abstract

This article aims to illustrate the specifc powers recognized and granted through the Special Autonomy Law of Papua to organize and manage the interests of the Papuan people on their own initiative based on the aspirations and basic rights of Papuans. Wider authority for the Province and people of Papua to organize the government and manage the utilization of natural resources to the greatest possible prosperity of the people of Papua in the feld of education as part of the people of Indonesia in accordance with legislation. Education policy is a part of State policy or public policy generally provided to the people of Papua. Education policy is a public policy that regulates specifc regulations relating to the absorption of resources, allocation and distribution of sources, as well as regulation of behavior in education, especiallyChristian educational institutions. The article also reveals the enactment of specifc policies based on basic values that include protection and respect for ethics and morals, basic rights of indigenous people, human rights, rule of law, democracy, pluralism and equality of positions, rights and duties as a citizen. The granting of special autonomy thus also lies in the belief that there has been a new awareness among the Papuan people to fght peacefully and constitutionally the recognition of basic rights as well as the demand for settlement of problems related to the violation and protection of the human rights of indigenous Papuans.
