Abstract

The learning process in law theory and constitution courses requires variations in the use of learning models, to increase the level of understanding and analysis of student abilities related to concepts and theories of law theory and constitution courses. The purpose of this study is to learn how to apply the problem-based learning model of learning using brainstorming techniques in improving the analysis skills of students specifically with respect to lectures on legal theory and constitution courses. Quantitative research with the main data source is pretest and posttest research with research subjects of all 5 semester students of PPKn study programs taking courses in legal theory and constitution. The results showed that there was an increase in student scores seen from the results of the pretest and posttest scores which increased significantly, the highest value at the posttest score reached 92 and the highest value at the pretest score 76. It can be concluded that the need for a problem based learning learning model with brainstorming techniques proved to be effective in improving students' analytical skills regarding legal theory and constitution.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 telah mengakibatkan perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai bidang termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan dan pembelajaran. Sistem daring bukan lagi sebuah opsi melainkan menjadi konsekuensi dalam situasi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi optimalisasi pembelajaran daring melalui E-Learning pada Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unpas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu studi deskriptif dalam pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dibantu dengan kuisioner sebagai data pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pembelajaran daring pada program studi PPKn FKIP Unpas telah memiliki mekanisme yang baik sejak mulai regulasi perkuliahan, persiapan peningkatan keterampilan Sumber Daya Manusia untuk pembelajaran daring hingga media Learning Management System yang digunakan. Upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran daring telah ditempuh oleh Program Studi PPKn FKIP Unpas yang dibuktikan dengan dilaksanakannya pelatihan tenaga pengajar secara periodik dan kontinu, hal tersebut mendukung optimalisasi pembelajaran daring yang dilaksanakan selama pandemic Covid 19. Dengan demikian berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang digunakan mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran daring pada masa pandemic Covid 19 melalui e-learning pada Program Studi PPKn FKIP Universitas Pasundan telah berjalan secara optimal. Namun masih terdapat beberapa hal yang masih dalam proses perbaikan seperti kualitas muatan materi dan konten dalam e-learning dan pemahaman pengajar dalam proses akses LMS pada e-learning. Kata kunci: Pembelajaran daring, e-learning, PPKn, Pandemi Covid 19.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research used is Classroom Action Research which used consist of 2 cycles and through 4 stages. The purpose of this learning outcome is to know the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the model of Picture and Picture learning on learning PPKn in the material meaning of unity and unity in the diversity of high school students (IV) SDN Pahlawan Sub District Banjaran Bandung. After using the model of Picture and Picture learning in the learning of PPKn, the students' learning motivation is more improved, more active and more focused in learning. This research uses Picture and Picture method. The results of this study indicate that with learning Picture and Picture on PPKn subjects can improve student learning outcomes. Looking at the results of the pre-cycle evaluation with the average grade value of 67. In cycle 1 grade average grade 71.67, cycle 2 grade average value of 83.67 has a significant increase. Based on the results of the research, there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using Picture and Picture learning model on learning PPKn in the material meaning of unity and unity in the diversity of high school students (IV) SDN Pahlawan Banjaran District, Bandung Regency can improve student learning outcomes. ABSTRAK Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dipakai terdiri dari 2 siklus dan melalui 4 tahapan. Tujuan hasil pembelajaran ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada pembelajaran PPKn dalam materi makna persatuan dan kesatuan dalam keberagaman siswa kelas tinggi (IV) SDN Pahlawan Kecamatan Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung. Setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture dalam pembelajaran PPKn maka motivasi belajar siswa lebih meningkat, lebih aktif dan lebih fokus dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Picture and Picture. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada mata pelajaran PPKn dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Melihat hasil evaluasi pra siklus dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 67. Pada siklus 1 nilai rata-rata kelas 71,67, siklus 2 nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 83,67 mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh maka terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada pembelajaran PPKn dalam materi makna persatuan dan kesatuan dalam keberagaman siswa kelas tinggi (IV) SDN Pahlawan Kecamatan Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

Management quality school is a quality improvement rests on the school itself, implies a set of techniques based on quantitative and qualitative availability of data, as well as the empowerment of all components of the school to continually improve the capacity and ability of school organization to meet the needs of learners and society. This research method used survey method with quantitative research approach. Samples taken at random as many as 100 teachers spread of 30 majors of 10 Vocational High School in the Subang district education offices. While the research instruments in the form of a questionnaire enclosed with Likert scale. The analysis technique used correlation and regression. Based on the results of data processing can be concluded that 1). Y Variable quality of school or are in very high category, 2). As for the leadership to be in very high category, 3). leadership contribution to the quality of vocational schools in the district corms are very high 42.90%. Based on the research suggested there was still need improvement, especially in the aspect 1). school environment that is safe and orderly, 2). schools have a mission and quality targets to be achieved, the school has a strong leadership.
