Abstract

Perekrutan pegawai merupakan hal yang penting bagi sebuah perusahaan dalam rangka mendapatkan pegawai baru berkompeten yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Seleksi administrasi yang merupakan proses awal dari serangkaian proses rekrutmen pegawai terkadang rentan terhadap unsur subjektifitas, dikarenakan banyaknya berkas yang harus diseleksi dengan cepat, mengingat posisi yang kosong harus segera terisi. Akibatnya, calon pelamar yang direkrut tidak sesuai dengan kualifikasi. Untuk itu, diperlukan model pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi keputusan oleh bagian Human Resource Development (HRD) sehingga keputusan yang diambil dapat lebih objektif, akurat dan cepat. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini dipilih karena sangat populer dan sering digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan banyak atribut serta membantu pengambil keputusan dalam memilih alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang ada berdasarkan kriteria yang spesifik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memanfaatkan metode SAW dalam rangka membantu bagian HRD dalam mengambil keputusan dengan lebih objektif terkait rekrutmen karyawan baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perangkingan terhadap sejumlah alternatif calon karyawan dan mendapatkan hasil berupa daftar calon karyawan yang berhak untuk menempuh proses wawancara yang merupakan rangkaian dari proses rekrutmen karyawan setelah proses seleksi administrasi.

Abstract

The development of internet that increasing rapidly today, has encouraged almost all levels of education to provide internet facilities for the students especially in universities. Internet facilities should be used by the students in order to enrich their knowledge, learning process and helping them in doing paper, therefore it could help students to have a good academic achievement on campus. Several previous studies claimed that internet usage factor that associated by students’ academic achievement directly and others claimed that Academic SelfEfficacy can be a mediator between internet usage factor and students’ academic achievement. Therefore, using the method of literature study, this study was developed to generate a new model which includes about the factor that affect internet usage such as the ability to use, internet using motive, purpose dan function, information retrieval and time usage of internet which in further associated by the Academic Self- Efficacy and students’ academic achievemnet on cognitive factor either directly or indirectly. Academic Self- Efficacy factor are expected to strengthen the correlation between internet usage factor and students’ academic performance on cognitive domain, in this case can be measured by Cumulative Performance Index (CPI). Based on the results of the study, can be developed a new research that focuses either on the calculation of how much the internet usage can influence the student academic achievement on cognitive domain or more on other domain such as affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

Information Technology in higher education are expected to be used to improve the quality of student in learning, such as facilitating student to access the Internet easily by making it easy to get the information from online sites. However, Internet is often misused by student, they are using it to access social media and gamesinstead of support their learning process. Based on this fact, we need to evaluate how Internet usage can affect students learning interest and behavior in Palembang by using the concept of Theory Reasoned Action (TRA) Model. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with software AMOS 22 is used to analyze this problem. The result of this study show that the subjective norm have no effect on student interest on learning while Internet Usage behavior has. Based on this result, it can provide an input for universities to maximize Internet usage to support student interest on learning

Abstract

PT Bakri Karya Sarana is a company which focused on service providers or outsourcing. In the process of managing its employee data, PT Bakri Karya Sarana still has several obstacles, such as the new employees reqruitments, employee attendance, permit data, leave, mutation, promotion, demotion, resignation, employee warning letters, field staff appraisal and quality assessment from clients. The purpose of this research is to design and create a website-based personnel information system at PT Bakri Karya Sarana. The methodology used in this research is an iterative methodology consisting of planning, problem analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. With this design information system, it can help and simplify HRD performance in managing employees data starting from the process of recruiting new employees, employee attendance, permit data, leave, mutation, promotion, demotion, resignation, employee warning letters, field employee assessment , assessment of the quality of the client and all reports can be received by the director quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The development of technology has increased rapidly in the past few years encourage the needed for rapid information delivery in service activity in many section. During this time, the entire process in ABC Hospital, starting from the process of registration of the new patients, registration for treatment to the clinic, examination, further examination in the laboratory, the payment of medicine and hospital service are still written on paper or card. As a result, Hospital employee have to take a long time to access the data. In addition, today ABC Hospital have to face operational costs such as printing cards and purchasing shelves for data storage, frequent data loss and redudancy, and inefficiency in reporting process for management of the ABC Hospital. Therefore, the purpose of ths study is to design a Clinical Information System(CIS) in a website based with the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. This Information system is designed using a FAST (Framework for the Application of Systems Thinking) methodology. The result of this study is a Clinical Information System design complete with a user interface that is ready to be built to help ABC Hospital Employee in outpatient service so that patient can receive more quickly, precisely and accurately service.

Abstract

The development of technology and information in this day especially the internet experiencing very rapid development. The internet connects one person to another, provide information, as a means of entertainment, and as a means of communication. XYZ Online shopping application is an application from PT. XYZ that is used to sell products online. After a simple survey of 50 people, as many as 13 people are XYZ Online shopping application users and have positive opinions. To find out more about whether the opinions of these 13 people represent the opinions of XYZ Online shopping application users as a whole, then you need to know the level of user acceptance of Online shopping application, to find out the level of user acceptance, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method is used. In conducting data collection, the authors use survey research with a sample of 365 respondents and for data analysis, the tools used are SPSS software to test the validity and reliability of variable instruments and SmartPLS to test the model. The results of this study are of the 7 hypotheses proposed, the seven hypotheses can be accepted and have a positive effect.

Abstract

The internet is one medium that can be used as a marketing medium for a business. The internet has never been spared from technological developments which at present have experienced a very rapid increase, one of which is technological developments in the field of commerce. In the world of commerce there is the term e-commerce or electronic commerce. The user basically will do an assessment in every transaction he does, both conventional transactions and digital transactions. The better the service provided by the service provider, the more likely the user to return to using the service means that the user is satisfied using the application. This study discusses the satisfaction of users of online shopping applications PT. ABC International Indonesia. Analysis of user satisfaction is measured using the End user computing satisfaction (EUCS) method which consists of 5 factors, namely: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire filled out by users of PT. ABC International Indonesia. To process the data obtained from the results of the questionnaire using SPSS software. From the analysis conducted, it shows that the content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables proposed by all hypotheses are accepted. While based on the F test shows the content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables simultaneously affect the satisfaction of users of online shopping applications.

Abstract

Abstract PT ABCX which is a company engaged in the loading and unloading of containers has an E-Office information system that aims to carry out the company's internal operational activities. So far, the company does not know the factors that influence the acceptance and use of the ABCX E-Office information system, therefore a measurement of the level of acceptance and use of the ABCX E-Office information system will be carried out in supporting the performance of employees in each work unit using the UTAUT methodology. The data in this study were analyzed using SPSS software and the research model was tested with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) application which will be analyzed using AMOS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that interest in utilization (BI) is significantly influenced by business expectations (EE) and social influence (SI) while usage behavior (UB) is significantly influenced by interest in utilization (BI). It can be concluded that employees who use the ABCX E-Office information system find it easiest to use and easy to understand and there is also influence and support from the company so that PT ABCX employees are interested in using the ABCX E-Office information system.

Abstract

CV MRD merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor elektronik. Setiap tahunnya CV MRD menentukan karyawan yang berhak untuk menerima kenaikan gaji. Dalam menentukan kenaikan gaji karyawan, proses perhitungannya masih belum terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat menghasilkan kesalahan dalam perhitungan yang berdampak pada hasil keputusan yang tidak tepat. Maka dari itu, perlu dibangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan karyawan yang berhak menerima kenaikan gaji yang dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metodologi iterasi dan metode pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat membantu dalam mengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan mekanisme perhitungan yang baku atau konsisten sehingga dapat menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat.

Abstract

CV. Citra Pratama Global adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang kontraktor, supplier ATK di perkantoran, dan pengadaan komputer. Dalampengelolaan kepegawaian CV Citra Pratama Global memiliki beberapa kendaladiantaranya HRD membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menyeleksi berkaskaryawankarena tidak adanya record data calon karyawan, rekapitulasiabsenkaryawan masih manual mengakibatkan terjadinya manipulasi jam kerja, data cuti dan izinsulit dimonitoring sehingga terjadi kekeliruan dalam perhitungan sisa jatah cuti dan izinmengakibatkan karyawan yang sudah habis masa cuti dan izin bisa mengambil kembali, perekapan mutasi, demosi, promosi dan surat peringatanmasih menggunakan form yangdiarsipkan pada berkas karyawan sehingga pimpinan lambat dalam menerima laporan dan penilaian kerja karyawan membutuhkan waktu lamakarena menggunakan catatan kerja yang dibuat oleh supervisor. Oleh karena itu, dirancanglah suatu Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian yang berbasis website dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi iterasi. Hasil dari perancangan ini adalah sebuah rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat membantu CV Citra Pratama Global dalam pengelolaan kepegawaian yang cepat, tepat dan akurat.
