Abstract

The capability of an organization to conduct organizational performance depends on its innovation resources. This capability can be utilized by facilitating organization innovation in the organization. However, organizational innovation activities cannot be happened automatically. Therefore, knowledge sharing plays significant role to encourage organizational innovation particularly in the context of university.The main objective of this study was to analyze the mediation effect of organizational innovation on the impact of organizational knowledge sharing on organizational performance. This study uses the primary data which obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaires. The respondents from this study were employees of university in Province Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, who were included in the purposive sampling criteria. The questionnaires were worth to analyze as much as 75 questionnaires from 100 questionnaires. Scale test result of the instruments used in this study meet the standard of validity and reliability analysis.The results of regression analysis of this study indicate that organizational knowledge sharing has a positive effect on organizational performance, organizational knowledge sharing has a positive effect on organizational innovation, and organizational innovation has a positive effect on organizational performance. When the organizational innovation was included as a mediated variable, the effect of organizational knowledge sharing on organizational performance remains positive and significant. This means that the organizational innovation is a partial mediated in the effect of organizational knowledge sharing on organizational performance.

Abstract

The influence of work motivation and work environment on employee employee performance in several studies found that there was positive effect. Some researches to argue that there are other variables that bridge the relationship between work motivation and the work environment on performance employee. One of the potential linking variables is work readiness. The main objective of this study is to perform hypothesis testing and analyze the role of work readiness as a mediating variable in the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance of employee who worked on University. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and distributed to 60 employees. Validity and reliability test of the questionnaire which was used as a tool showed that the questionnaire is valid and reliable for use. To examine the role of work readiness as a mediator, this study used the approach regression analysis. The results showed that work readiness mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance. The result also showed that work readiness hasn’t effect mediates of work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge and financial attitude on financial management behavior with the locus of control as a mediating variable. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Yogyakarta, totalling 198.144 respondents. Sampling in this study used the purposive sampling technique by using several criteria. The number of samples in this study was 96 respondents. The method of collecting data is by using a questionnaire. Data analysis tools using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. Scale test results of the instruments used in this study meet the validity and reliability analysis standard. Direct significance testing of the hypothesis shows that financial knowledge has a positive effect on financial management behavior, locus of control mediates the positive effect of financial knowledge on financial management behavior, the financial attitude has a positive effect on financial management behavior, and locus of control mediates the positive effect of financial attitude on financial management behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of financial attitudes and self-efficacy as a mediating variable on the effect of financial knowledge on financial behavior. The population of this study was 1,089 respondents consisting of Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business and Lecturers of Islamic Banking in Indonesia, namely Yogyakarta, Palembang, Lampung, and Tulung Agung. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling method of 99 respondents. The data processing technique used in this research is the structural equation modeling technique using the Smart-PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study: First, high financial knowledge will influence good financial behavior. Second, high financial knowledge will influence good financial behavior with financial attitudes as a mediating variable. Abstract

One of the businesses where its supply chain management is affected by the risks and major consequences due to Covid-19 is the hotel and tourism industry. As an industry based on human mobility and close social interaction, the tourism and hotel industry has the potential to not only become the center of the spread of the virus but also be the party that bears the most consequences for this pandemic condition. As one of the main tourism destinations in Indonesia, the hotel industry in Yogyakarta City is also struggling with this pandemic situation. One of the steps that can be taken in dealing with disruptive conditions is to create Supply Chain Resilience in the organization's business activities. By conducting the in-depth interview, this qualitative study aims to explore the strategies that have been taken by hotel industry in Yogyakarta City to build supply chain resilience for the post-pandemic condition. Various themes that emerged from the content analysis of interview responses related to the building supply chain resilience strategies amid Covid-19 pandemic have been consised and presented. Based on the content analysis that emerged out of the qualitative enquiry, this study found several strategies are suggested to build supply chain resilience. The strategies that have been successfully conducted in the hotel industry in order to make the business bounce back after the pandemic such as creating work flexibility as HR strategy, managing supply and demand uncertainty, creating disaster management operating procedure, and entering multi-business and multi-channel platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy on  financial performance of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Policy debt is proxied by short term debt (STD), long term debt (LTD), and total debt (TD), while financial performance is proxied by return on equity (ROE). This research carried out for 3 (three) years, namely 2015-2017. This research is a causal research with a quantitative approach, whereas based on the level of exploration of this study, including associative research. Population research is a coal company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. Samples obtained were based on purposive sampling technique, and obtained 21 company. Data analysis technique used panel data regression. Regression with using the free variable short term debt (STD), long term debt (LTD), and total debt (TD). Based on the results of data analysis, STD has no significant effect on ROE. Variable LTD has a significant effect on ROE. The TD variable has no significant effect with ROE. so the STD and LTD variables are able to influence the ROE variable explained by other factors outside this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratio (CR), solvency ratio (DER), profitability ratio (ROA), and activity ratio (TATO) on the Stock Price. The object that  is  used in this research are property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017. The population in this research is a whole of property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017 were 48 companies. The sampling technique is used purposive sampling with several criteria,  namely property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017, companies that submit financial reports during the research period, and companies that have positive net income report. The number of samples that fit the criteria were 34  companies. Data were analyzed by using data regression analysis with Eviews 6 software. The  results of this  research showed  that current  ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turn over are partially have positive and not have significant effect on the stock price, while return on assets have negative and not have significant effect on the stock price. Simultaneously that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and total asset turnover not have  significant effect on  the  stock price. R-square value of 0.019 indicates that the ability of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets,  and  total  asset  turnover  while  explaining  the  Stock  Price  is  1.9%,  and  the 98.1% is explained by other variables which not contained in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived of service quality, perceived of website quality, and perceived of website reputation on purchase intention through the mediating role of trust in online shopping. This research uses a quantitative method with Smart PLS software. A variable measurement scale is carried out using a likert scale. The sample in this study were university students and the general public with an age range of 17-56 years who had used the website of the e-commerce application. Dissemination of the questionnaire using an online questionnaire link. A total of 103 tabulations of questionnaires were collected and analyzed successfully. The object of analysis in this study is a website or online shopping service. The analytical method used is the validity and reliability test, coefficient of determination test (adjusted r-square), and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that the perceived of service quality, perceived of website quality, perceived of website reputation has an effect on trust and purchase intention. Trust has a mediating role in the bond between perceived of service quality, perceived of website quality, and perceived of website reputation on purchase intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of third party funds, operational costs, BI rate and inflation on murabahah margins income of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This research data uses secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of Islamic commercial banks in 2015-2019. The total population used was 14 Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority during the 2015–2019 period. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and data processing using the Eviews 9 application. Results: First, third party funds have a positive effect on murabahah margin income. Second, operating costs have a positive effect on murabahah margin income. Third, the BI rate has a negative effect on murabahah margin income. Fourth, inflation has a positive effect on murabaha margin income.
