Abstract

Pekerja perempuan menarik untuk dijelajahi dari berbagai aspek seperti peran, fungsi, status, penampilan, prestasi dan perilaku wanita. Wanita diminta untuk berperan atau hadir di berbagai tempat, seperti di pabrik, di kantor, di dalam organisasi sosial, namun harus tetap berada di lingkungan rumah, selain suami, dalam jangkauan anak-anak tercinta, di lingkungan keluarga, Dan dalam pertemuan sosial lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pekerja perempuan di sektor informal, serta istri yang harus mengurus rumah tangga, mereka juga harus memainkan  peran tradisional mereka di desa tradisional. Pertanyaan yang diajukan adalah Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Ancaman yang dihadapi oleh pekerja perempuan di sektor informal di kawasan wisata Nusa Dua. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala Likert, dan teknik analisis data adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasilnya menunjukkan faktor Internal Kekuatan dan Kelemahan menjadi faktor Eksternal yaitu Opportunity and Threat.

Abstract

Spiritual tourism has made some places of homage undergo comodification; a process in which the object, quality, activities, space and the spiritual activities are treated as commodity to satisfy the market needs. This writing describes how the process takes place in the protestant church in Puja Mandala Nusa Dua Bali. The church was not initially built or meeting the tourism market needs and the activities conducted in the Church are not products of arts which are specially created for commercial purposes. However, the Church experiences com modification process and becomes a place of spiritual tourism. It means that both the building of the church and its services are also aimed at meeting the tourism market needs. This indicates the relevance between spiritual values and modernity which is shifted into commercial relationship. The capitalist interest makes use the Church as a commodity that has selling values.

Abstract

Tourism development brings implementation to the development of various components involved, both government, local communities, tourists and entrepreneurs in the tourism sector. This study seeks to understand the implementation of labor regulations in star-rated hotels in Bali. Quantitative research method with research instruments in the form of questionnaires, interview lists, checklists. The study population was the manager of star-rated hotels in Bali. The study sample were managers of four and five star hotels in Bali. The sampling method used was purposive random sampling. The results of the study show that employment agreements on starred hotels in Bali include agreements related to wages, agreements related to the operational functions of star-rated hotel management in Bali, agreements related to foreign workers and the use of outsourcing personnel, agreements related to occupational health and safety. The employment agreement also aims to maintain health and work safety for its employees as follows: a. Protecting workers for their safety rights in doing work for the welfare of life and increasing national production and productivity. b. Ensure the safety of every other person at work. c. Production sources are maintained and used safely and efficiently

Abstract

Kepemimpinan didefinisikan ke dalam ciri – ciri individual, kebiasaan, cara mempengaruhi orang lain, interaksi, kedudukan dalam organisasi dan persepsi mengenai pengaruh untuk menuju tujuan tertentu. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang tidak sesuai akan berdampak pada menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yaitu karyawan The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah teknik stratified random sampling atau sampel acak dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalahkuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y, analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk mengetahui persentase pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja berpengaruh secara sangat lemah terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana diperoleh Y = 16,619 + 0,167 X. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis determinasi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 10,6% yang berarti sangat rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify data relating to the Quality of Home Stay Services towards Guest’s Satisfaction in Kalibukbuk Village, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The sample collection method used ispurposive random sampling, with totally of 103 respondents. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM).There are five aspects measured, including Physical Form, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy in the quality of homestay services that affect guest satisfaction in Kalibukbuk Village at Buleleng Regency. The results showed that service quality variables consisting of physical form, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously had an influence on guest satisfaction in quality of homestay services. Service quality variables consist of physical form, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy partially have positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction in quality of homestay services in Kalibukbuk village, Buleleng Regency, Bali.Keywords : Quality of Service, Homestay, Satisfaction

Abstract

The competition in this industry has become extremely tight as the number of star and non-star hotels in Bali increased in 2019, reaching 4,323 hotels. The goal of this study was to examine the impact of the leadership style on the work motivation of employees in the Hotel A Ubud's Housekeeping Department. The participants in this study were all employees of the Hotel A Ubud's Housekeeping Department. In this study, a saturated sample or census technique was used for sampling. In this study, simple regression analysis was used for data analysis. The analysis results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. As a result, the better the application of a leadership style in a company, the higher the work motivation. The findings of this study have implications for the development of hotel policies aimed at increasing employee work motivation by paying attention to the leader's style and character while leading his subordinates. However, it is expected that future research will examine the effect of these two variables on a broader scope using a longitudinal approach, so that the research results can be generalized.
