Abstract

Purpose: development a good tahfidz quran monitoring system, in presenting the data to quran teachers and parents. Presentation of data in the proposed monitoring system is in the form of tables, text, a graph of the Tahfidz progression and a dashboard for the achievement of the Tahfidz target.Design/methodology/approach: waterfallFindings/result: the tahfidz monitoring system that presents data in the form of graphs, charts, tables and text, thus providing monitoring functions that are easy to read and quickly understood.Originality/value/state of the art: dashboard display and chart on the tahfidz quran monitoring system

Abstract

Hospitals have diverse information/application systems, such as patient information systems, clinical information systems, laboratory information systems, radiology information systems, pharmaceutical systems, patient registration applications and other information systems. With the implementation of the integration between systems, it will provide the benefits obtained, namely a fast and accurate reporting process, facilitate operational services, establish effective communication between entities, facilitate access to patient information and up-to-date medical knowledge. However, there is still very little integration between information systems within the hospital environment. A study said only 34.78% of hospitals in the Semarang area and 36.62% of hospitals in the Yogyakarta area had already integrated between existing systems. Considering the many benefits obtained from integration, therefore it is necessary to identify the inhibiting factors in the integration process. The method used is to review some of the literature relating to hospital integration in Indonesia. The literature search is done with the Google search engine. The keywords used are the integration of health services and the integration of hospital information systems. The literature chosen is literature that discusses integration in Indonesia, while the literature that discusses the situation outside Indonesia is not included. After getting the literature, then the categorization of the factors that inhibit or cause various information systems in the hospital are not integrated. The results obtained are two factors that most influence the integration process between systems, namely standardization, human resources, leader and finance.

Abstract

The use and application of Information Technology (IT) at the hospital has been widely applied. However, the interoperability, an ability to exchange patient information between the information systems, is limited. During its development in the health field, the data exchange standard of the Health Level 7 (HL7) becomes one of the most widely used approaches in the world. It is likely to be true that in this globalization era, the patient information exchange can be conducted between hospitals from different countries. Therefore, this study proposes steps to analyze the potential of the interoperability hospital information system in applying the data exchange standard of HL7 which, according to the literature review found by the researcher, almost all of the research related to data exchange in the hospital employs web service and XML methods. The steps conducted in this research include: studying the mapping between the availability of the field in the proprietary information system and the element of the messages structure of HL7; identifying and analyzing each field and element so that the potential of the mapping result can be found and the data richness of the messages structure of HL7 can be calculated; and trying out step which is conducted in one of the hospitals in Yogyakarta. Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the original Indonesian Islamic education institution with traditional culture. The existence of a Covid-19 pandemic resulted in school learning policies and boarding schools using the online method. It is conducted to break the chain of spread of the Covid-19 virus. It has an impact on various activities in Islamic boarding schools and on the need to use information technology (IT). Research was used for an initial mapping of the implementation of IT in Islamic boarding schools. The study aimed to determine to what extent IT adoption was in the Islamic boarding school in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The method used is a survey with descriptive analysis. The survey was carried out on the board of Islamic boarding schools. The questionnaire contained the identification of the types of Islamic boarding schools and four variables related to IT implementation in Islamic boarding schools. The four variables are application information/ information systems used by Islamic boarding schools, from where Islamic boarding schools obtain information systems, existing system integration, and Android-based applications. The results obtained were that 88.9% of the 58 Islamic boarding schools already had an information system. Islamic boarding schools have a diverse information system, such as the new student admission, boarding school information systems, school information systems, monitoring systems, financial systems, and administrative systems. There are 44.2% of the system which has integrated data and functionality and 59.5% systems based on Android. The average Islamic boarding school that applies to IT is a boarding school with some students (santri) of more than 400, and the category is a modern salafiah Islamic boarding school. The challenges facing Islamic boarding schools in IT implementation are the lack of human resources, infrastructure limitations, and the lack of socialization of information systems in the guardian of students.

Abstract

Pentingnya sebuah peranan teknologi dalam hal apapun terutama pada UMKM, yang saat ini banyak yang menggunakan media internet sebagai media promosi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi sehingga dapat membantu mendokrak pejualan dan produksi yang semakin meningkat akan menghasilkan omset yang besar bagi pengusaha tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode agile, Harapannya dapat membantu dalam pengembangan sehingga dapat menyesuaikan kebutuhan, dan dapat dilakukan secara berulang-ulang. selain itu metode agile dapat mempersingkat dalam pengerjaan sebuah perangkat lunak. Hasil perancangan di atas adalah dapat terbantunya penjualan atau promosi di media internet agar dapat menyampaikan informasi terkait kepada konsumen yang bisa terbantu.

Abstract

Student interactions with the devices and software used can result in excessive mental workload, which of course also has an impact on decreasing productivity and work functions and indirectly harms student health, as well as student interactions in using the Learning Management System (LMS). Which is expected to continue to be utilized and developed to achieve greater convenience and profit, LMS is expected to continue to be developed and utilized optimally. This study is intended to analyze the mental workload felt by students in the learning process through LMS. An experimental ergonomics approach is used in this study by applying the modified NASA-TLX method. The results of the research experiment show that students feel a high mental workload when using the assignment module, quiz module, and forum module on the LMS, these modules produce a high mental workload due to cognitive difficulty, instruction complexity, and work habits.

Abstract

This research aims to develop "MySmartRecyleBin," a smart trash bin that utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology and Big Data in many cities around the world that face serious challenges in waste management. This research was conducted to face the urgency of handling the increasingly pressing waste problem. The aim is to help governments and waste managers overcome waste management challenges in a more sustainable manner, reduce waste management costs, and strengthen waste management systems. This research involves researchers and developers of IoT and Big Data technology collaborating to create a smarter and more efficient waste management system. By utilizing IoT and Big Data technology, this research produces a system that allows real-time data collection from various devices connected to the internet, such as sensors on trash cans and waste transport fleets. This data is then analyzed to understand user behavior and waste collection patterns. Through this technology, the waste management system can become more effective and efficient. This technology uses a Microcontroller, Load Cell, RFID Tag, and RestFull API Technology as a communication medium to the Waste Management Information System (MySipah). The test results show the success of sending data over the last 1 year, namely January 2022 is 152 kg, February 2022 is 109 kg, March 2022 is 93 kg, April 2022 is 113 kg, May 2022 is 126 kg, June 2022 is 161 kg, July 2022 is 188 kg, August 2022 is 143 kg, September 2022 is 102 kg, October 2022 is 113 kg, November 2022 is 116 kg, December 2022 is 124 kg.
