<![CDATA[Abstract: Stroke is an acute nerve disorder caused by circulatory disorders to the brain. The impact that often occurs in stroke patients is constipation due to disease complications, drugs and lack of mobiliza- tion. The purpose of this researchwas to analyze the effect of early mobilization sim right left to consti- pation in patients with Stroke Infarction in ICU Hospital dr. H. Mohammad Anwar Sumenep. The design of this research was quasy experiment with non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study wwa Stroke Infarct patients treated in ICU Hospital dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep in August - September 2016 as many as 20 people, with a sample size of 10 people control group and 10 treatment groups. The research instruments are Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of mobilization, check list and observation sheet. The data analysis used Chi square test with  (0,05). The results of the control group during pre test showed that all respondents (100%) were not defective and at the time of post test it was found that almost all (80%) of the respondents had defecation. While the results in the treatment group during pre test found that all respondents (100%) did not defecate and at the time of post test most (70%) of respondents experienced defecation. The result of data analysis showed that p value = 0,025 with  = 0,05 so that p value<meaning there was an effect of left right sim mobilization to constipation in patient of Stroke Infark in ICU Room dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep. Right-left sim position was an independent nursing action that can reduce constipation in stroke patients who can not mobilize due to bed rest.Keywords: left right sim, constipation, stroke infarction. Abstrak: Stroke merupakan gangguan fungsi saraf akut yang disebabkan karena gangguan peredaran darah ke otak. Dampak yang sering terjadi pada pasien stroke adalah konstipasi karena komplikasi penyakit, obat-obatan dan kurangnya mobilisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh mobilisasi dini sim kanan kiri terhadap konstipasi pada pasien Stroke Infark di Ruang ICU RSUD dr. H. Mohammad Anwar Sumenep. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasy experiment dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien Stroke Infark yang dirawat di Ruang ICU RSUD dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep pada bulan Agustus â September 2016 sebanyak 20 orang, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 orang kelompok kontrol dan 10 orang kelompok perlakuan. Instrumen penelitian berupa Standart Operational Procedure (SOP) mobilisasi, check list dan lembar observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik Chi square dengan  (0,05). Hasil penelitian pada kelompok kontrol saat pre test didapatkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) tidak defekasi dan pada saat post test didapatkan hampir seluruhnya (80%) responden mengalami defekasi. Sedangkan hasil pada kelompok perlakuan saat pre test didapatkan bahwa seluruh responden (100%) tidak defekasi dan pada saat post test sebagian besar (70%) responden mengalami defekasi. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa p value = 0,025 dengan  = 0,05 sehingga nilai p <  yang berarti ada pengaruh mobilisasi sim kanan kiri terhadap konstipasi pada pasien Stroke Infark di Ruang ICU RSUD dr. H. Moh. Anwar Sumenep. Posisi sim kanan kiri merupakan tindakan keperawatan mandiri yang dapat menurunkan konstipasi pada penderita Stroke yang tidak dapat melakukan mobilisasi karena tirah baring.Kata kunci: Sim kanan kiri, konstipasi, Stroke Infark.]]>
