Abstract

ABSTRACT School leadership will affect the performance of teachers, where the leadership of the breed, the principal will certainly be able to lead the high performance achieved by teachers in carrying out their daily duties. To improve the quality of education a school principal should be able to improve the performance of teachers as educators. As the head of the school leader must be able to provide effects that can cause the teacher moved to carry out its duties effectively so that their performance will be better. Teacher certification with government regulations provide certificates to teachers who already frofesional as an educator, with another katab forfesional was considered by the government in carrying out a task as educators of the nation.This type of research is the study exprimen with quantitative analysis method performed at state junior high school Ekasakti Padang. This study used a sample of 17 teachers who have received certification. Sampling technique is the total sample that is the totality of teacher certification in SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership impact on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. Based on the analysis of the research results prove that perbangan t with t-table of 480.89> 2.110, it suggests that the presence of school leadership influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. Teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang significant effect on teacher performance SMA Ekasakti Padang. The research proves that t with t-table then the numbers obtained by 1,890,608.95> 2.110, indicating that the certification of influence on the performance of junior high school teacher, SMA Ekasakti Padang. School leadership and teacher certification SMA Ekasakti Padang jointly affect the performance of teachers SMA Ekasakti Padang. These results together can be proved by using perbangan F arithmetic with F-table then the numbers obtained by 3.20> 2.30, this indicates that the presence of the effect of school leadership and teacher certification on the performance of junior high school teachers 4 SMA Ekasakti Padang. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting SMA Ekasakti. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMAN Ekasakti Padang. The hypothesis of this study is suspected that there is positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMA Ekasakti Padang. This research is a quantitative approach Correlational the entire population of students of class XI Social SMA Ekasakti Padang as many as 78 students. Sampling was done by way of random sampling technique in which the individual is drawn at random from the class XI IPS1, IPS2 to class XI XI IPS3. Samples were taken by 43 students by using Slovin formula. The independent variable in this paper is emotional intelligence (X1), the discipline of learning (X2) and the dependent variable is the student learning outcomes (Y). Data emotional intelligence and discipline of student learning gained from the questionnaire / questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is a statistical data analysis techniques to find the influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes and tested multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. From the results penalitian, multiple regression coefficients obtained for emotional intelligence variable Y = 88.580 + 0.051 + e shows the r-sig 0.000 alpha ≤ 0.05. and the regression coefficient for the variable Y = 87.580 learn discipline + 0.077 + e shows r-sig ≤ 0.001 alpha of 0.05. R Square of 0.704 or 70.40%. So it is concluded that in this penalitian a positive influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMAN Ekasakti. The results of this study are expected to be material information and the input of the academic community, especially the teachers as teachers, parents and the community in order to improve emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on the learner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu inovasi pembelajaran Teori Ekonomi Makro di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ekasakti Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan tahun masuk 2014 dan 2015 yang berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor (factor analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 15. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor penentu inovasi pembelajaran Teori Ekonomi Makro di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ekasakti Padang membentuk 4 faktor yaitu: faktor kurikulum, tenaga pendidik (dosen), fasilitas dan peserta didik (mahasiswa). Faktor kurikulum mempunyai variance 31,123%, faktor tenaga pendidik (dosen) mempunyai variance 12,281%, faktor fasilitas mempunyai variance 11,216%, faktor peserta didik (mahasiswa) mempunyai variance 7,825%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat penulis rekomendasikan kepada tenaga pendidik (dosen) diharapkan untuk memberikan PR yang harus dikerjakan di luar kelas kepada mahasiswa misalnya menugaskan mencari artikel-artikel untuk menambah wawasan dalam topik ekonomi makro, kepada peserta didik (mahasiswa) agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar Teori Ekonomi Makro. Kemudian diharapkan pasilitas lebih ditingkatkan bahan dan sumber belajar dengan memberikan situs-situs internet kepada mahasiswa sebagai sumber belajar dan dalam hal kurikulum untuk dapat melakukan perubahan pada silabus perkuliahan Teori Ekonomi Makro yaitu dengan mengembangkan dan menyusun silabus dengan buku referensi terbaru.

Abstract

The development of rapid technology has affected all facets of life, as well as in the business wold, including small and medium enterprises. However, not all small and medium enterprises are able to maximize the use of information technology. For that we need to see how the actual use of information technogy and its impact n small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. The object of research is chosen in this study is the small and medium enterpreneurs in the city of padang in accordance with the domicile researchers. Samples were 30 taken by using a convenience sampling technique with criteria small and medium enterprises enterpreneurs engaged in trade of food industri like restaurant business, snack businesses and others. Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation : Y = 15.851 + 0.437 X. Based on the analysis of the use of inpormation technology variable effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. Because the analysis of data wiht a simple linear analysis of knomn significance value of 0,000 and significance value is less than the alpha of 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that the use of information technology has a positive effect n the performance of small and medium businesses.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat telah mempengaruhi semua aspek kehidupan, termasuk dunia usaha, termasuk usaha kecil dan menengah. Namun, tidak semua usaha kecil dan menengah mampu memaksimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi. Untuk itu perlu dilihat bagaimana sebenarnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan dampaknya pada usaha kecil menengah di kota Padang. Objek penelitian yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha kecil menengah di kota padang sesuai dengan domisili peneliti. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan kriteria pengusaha kecil dan menengah yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan industri makanan seperti usaha rumah makan, usaha makanan ringan dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebagai berikut : Y = 15,851 + 0,437 X. Berdasarkan analisis pengaruh variabel penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah di Kota Padang. Karena analisis data dengan analisis linier sederhana diketahui nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai signifikansinya lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of Wali Nagari employees of Linggo Saribaganti Subdistrict. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study is an employee of Wali Nagari Linggo Saribaganti Subdistrict which amounted to 44 people taken in total sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression using questionnaires and hypotheses using the T test and Test F. The results showed that there is an influence between work motivation (X1) on employee performance and there is an influence between job satisfaction (X2) on employee performance in Wali Nagari Linggo Saribaganti Subdistrict. For Employees and Leaders in Wali Nagari District Linggo Sari Baganti must further improve its performance and motivate themselves more eager to work.

Abstract

: Financial literacy literacy in the digital era is very much needed, especially in the new normal era after the Covid-19 pandemic. Financial literacy is also very important to be implemented from an early age because it relates to the ability to manage and make the right financial decisions. The service activities carried out aim to provide reinforcement to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era for students of SMKN 3 Padang. Activities carried out by direct observation method. Before the community service activities were carried out, students were given a pretest to find out the extent of students' basic knowledge regarding financial literacy. The activity continued with the provision of material and discussion, finally a post-test was given to see students' understanding of material regarding financial literacy in the digital era. The survey conducted on participants found that this activity provided reinforcement of financial literacy that they had understood so far to be able to apply it from an early age in managing finances. The results of these activities provide strengthening of knowledge to students regarding financial literacy in the digital era and the formation of students' understanding of financial literacy so that it can be applied in students' daily lives, especially in the current digital era.
