Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting SMA Ekasakti. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMAN Ekasakti Padang. The hypothesis of this study is suspected that there is positive and significant correlation between emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMA Ekasakti Padang. This research is a quantitative approach Correlational the entire population of students of class XI Social SMA Ekasakti Padang as many as 78 students. Sampling was done by way of random sampling technique in which the individual is drawn at random from the class XI IPS1, IPS2 to class XI XI IPS3. Samples were taken by 43 students by using Slovin formula. The independent variable in this paper is emotional intelligence (X1), the discipline of learning (X2) and the dependent variable is the student learning outcomes (Y). Data emotional intelligence and discipline of student learning gained from the questionnaire / questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is a statistical data analysis techniques to find the influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes and tested multiple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. From the results penalitian, multiple regression coefficients obtained for emotional intelligence variable Y = 88.580 + 0.051 + e shows the r-sig 0.000 alpha ≤ 0.05. and the regression coefficient for the variable Y = 87.580 learn discipline + 0.077 + e shows r-sig ≤ 0.001 alpha of 0.05. R Square of 0.704 or 70.40%. So it is concluded that in this penalitian a positive influence of emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on learning outcomes of accounting students of class XI Social SMAN Ekasakti. The results of this study are expected to be material information and the input of the academic community, especially the teachers as teachers, parents and the community in order to improve emotional intelligence and discipline of learning on the learner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu inovasi pembelajaran Teori Ekonomi Makro di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ekasakti Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan tahun masuk 2014 dan 2015 yang berjumlah 59 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis faktor (factor analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 15. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor-faktor penentu inovasi pembelajaran Teori Ekonomi Makro di Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Ekasakti Padang membentuk 4 faktor yaitu: faktor kurikulum, tenaga pendidik (dosen), fasilitas dan peserta didik (mahasiswa). Faktor kurikulum mempunyai variance 31,123%, faktor tenaga pendidik (dosen) mempunyai variance 12,281%, faktor fasilitas mempunyai variance 11,216%, faktor peserta didik (mahasiswa) mempunyai variance 7,825%. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat penulis rekomendasikan kepada tenaga pendidik (dosen) diharapkan untuk memberikan PR yang harus dikerjakan di luar kelas kepada mahasiswa misalnya menugaskan mencari artikel-artikel untuk menambah wawasan dalam topik ekonomi makro, kepada peserta didik (mahasiswa) agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar Teori Ekonomi Makro. Kemudian diharapkan pasilitas lebih ditingkatkan bahan dan sumber belajar dengan memberikan situs-situs internet kepada mahasiswa sebagai sumber belajar dan dalam hal kurikulum untuk dapat melakukan perubahan pada silabus perkuliahan Teori Ekonomi Makro yaitu dengan mengembangkan dan menyusun silabus dengan buku referensi terbaru.

Abstract

The development of rapid technology has affected all facets of life, as well as in the business wold, including small and medium enterprises. However, not all small and medium enterprises are able to maximize the use of information technology. For that we need to see how the actual use of information technogy and its impact n small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. The object of research is chosen in this study is the small and medium enterpreneurs in the city of padang in accordance with the domicile researchers. Samples were 30 taken by using a convenience sampling technique with criteria small and medium enterprises enterpreneurs engaged in trade of food industri like restaurant business, snack businesses and others. Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation : Y = 15.851 + 0.437 X. Based on the analysis of the use of inpormation technology variable effect on the performance of small and medium enterprises in the city of Padang. Because the analysis of data wiht a simple linear analysis of knomn significance value of 0,000 and significance value is less than the alpha of 0,05. Thus it can be concluded that the use of information technology has a positive effect n the performance of small and medium businesses.
