Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas mahasiswa pengguna ojek online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Tangerang dengan responden adalah mahasiswa pengguna transportasi berbasis aplikasi online difokuskan pada Grab dan Go-Jek mengingat bahwa kedua perusahaan ini paling populer di Kota Tangerang sebanyak 200 orang mahasiswa. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Bukti Fisik mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online,  hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 3,705 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Keandalan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 11,152 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Ketanggapan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 5,880 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Empati mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna ojek online, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil t hitung > t tabel ( 5,649 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05).  Kepuasan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pengguna ojek onlin , hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung> t tabel ( 14,550 > 1,960) dan nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 ( < 0,05). Sehingga kepuasan dan loyalitas Mahasiswa pengguna ojek online di kota Tangerang sangat signifikan.

Abstract

The government's policy to prevent or reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus is to enforce the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) so that transactions that previously use paper money and cash turn into digital transactions. So far, e-wallets are considered as a transaction facility that makes it easier for users. This study aims to analyze the differentiation attributes that affect millennial considerations and attitudes towards usability to intention to use e-wallets during LSSR Covid-19 on millennials in Tangerang City. The research sample was 96 respondents using purposive sampling technique, namely millennials who use e-wallets in making payments. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5, data processing using the Smart PLS program. This study's results, the intention to use e-wallet of the millennial generation, were influenced by brand image, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness through millennial consideration, and attitudes toward usability as intervening variables with R2 adjusted 0.638. This study's results have implications for SMEs business actors to switch payment systems from cash payments to payments using e-wallets.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis is a direct infectious disease caused by TB germs (Mycobacterium Tuberculosis). The entry of Tuberculosis bacteria will infect the lower respiratory tract which can result in productive coughing and coughing up blood. Some nursing interventions to overcome the problem of airway cleaning ineffectiveness include effective coughing exercises. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of effective cough on sputum removal in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Research Methods: The study design used was Quasi Experimental Pre-test and Post-test. The population of 15 respondents included all pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Balaraja Hospital. A sample of 10 respondents was taken using Non Probability sampling. Independent variables are effective cough and dependent variable sputum expenditure Analysis of data with the Wilcoxon Match Pair Test with a significant level of a≤ 0.05. Research Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents were unable to excrete sputum before being trained in effective cough of 4 respondents (40.0%), respondents who had moderate sputum expenditure as much as 6 respondents and respondents could excrete large amounts of sputum after being trained for effective coughing by 6 respondents (60.0% ), respondents who issued a lot of medium sputum were 4 respondents (40.0%) and the results of the Wilcoxon Match Pair Test were 0.04 which meant <0.05 then Ha was accepted. Conclusion: It means that there was an effective effect of cough on sputum release in Tuberculosis patients at Balaraja Hospital. Pulmonary Tuberculosis patients by doing effective cough can save energy so it does not get tired easily and can expel phlegm optimally and is recommended one day before sputum examination, patients are advised to drink warm water to facilitate sputum removal. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion, the image of cooperatives, and service quality on increasing the number of members in savings and loan cooperatives (a case study of savings and loan cooperatives in Tangerang Regency). With an Associative Quantitative approach. The data analysis method used multiple regression. All populations in this study will be a sample, namely as many as 63 samples. The results of the research are (1) promotion has a significant positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (2) the image of the cooperative has no significant negative effect on the increase in the number of cooperative members (3) service quality has a significant and positive effect on increasing the number of cooperative members (4) promotion, the image of the cooperative, the quality of service simultaneously affected the increase in the number of cooperative members by F count 12,551> F table 1.99. The result of the coefficient of determination test showed that the value of Adjusted R Square was 35.9% and the remaining 64.1% was influenced by factors other than the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Promosi , Citra Koperasi , Kualitas Pelayanan, Peningkatan Jumlah Anggota

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of product packaging design and attractiveness of advertisements on brand awareness on consumers both partially and simultaneously as well as the impact of brand awareness on consumers' interest in re-purchasing Teh Botol Sosro among young people in Tangerang City.. Design/methodology/approach: This is a sampling technique is a sample area. Instrument testing is done by testing the validity and reliability, data analysis techniques using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing at ? = 0.05. Findings: The results of the research show that: (1) product packaging design influences brand awareness with sig 0,000 (2) ad attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness with a sig value of 0,000 (3) product packaging design has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention consumers with a sig value of 0,000 (4). ad attractiveness does not have a positive and significant effect on consumers' repurchase intention with a value of 0.141 sig (5) product packaging design and ad attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness with a sig value of 0.000 (6) product packaging design and ad attractiveness has a positive effect and significant to consumers 'repurchase interest with a sig value of 0,000 (7) brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumers' repurchase interest with a sig value of 0,000 Research limitations/implications: The population in this research were all young people in the city of Tangerang, while the sample in this research was 100 (one hundred) Respondents who were in Tangerang District, Cibodas District and Ciledug District who had made a purchase of Teh Botol Sosro beverage. Practical implications: Packaging design is one of the important factors in product sales. If the form and packaging material are standard, then the graphic elements on the packaging can be a determining factor of whether or not a package is attractive. A good packaging design is not only attractive when displayed on a sales shelf but also can convince consumers to buy. Not many of us know that Teh Botol Sosro packaging designs have packaging designs, especially graphic elements that vary in each market. This is interesting to study and analyze because not many tea beverage products have different graphics elements between products marketed in the local market and export.. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of social factors, task suitability, long-term consequences, conditions that facilitate the use of information technology, and the complexity of the use of information technology in rural banks in Banten Province. Design/methodology/approach: The sampling technique uses a stratified random sampling technique, which is proportionally random sampling from each group in each BPR in Banten Province. Findings: The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously social factors, Affect, suitability of tasks, long-term consequences, conditions that facilitate the use of information technology, and complexity affect the utilization of information technology. And the utilization of information technology has a significant effect and has a very strong relationship to the performance of BPR in Banten Province Research limitations/implications: The target population in this study is BPR in Banten Province, while the affordable population is 15 BPRs in Banten Province, each of which is taken as many as 10 respondents. Practical implications: User perception in viewing information technology is getting better, this is marked by a system that is then deemed to provide benefits in helping companies internally and externally. Internal includes activities in business processes such as making invoices, travel documents and others. While external factors include the company's business strategy which is assisted by information technology to win from its competitors, including to bind customers. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan Program Layanan Masyarakat melalui PkM (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat) pada pelatihan pembukuan sederhana bagi pelaku usaha UMKM Kspps Abdi Kerta Raharja di Kecamatan Karawaci, Kota Tangerang adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung kegiatan usaha yaitu faktor akuntansi, pembukuan adalah suatu proses pencatatan yang dilakukan secara teratur untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi keuangan yang meliputi harta, kewajiban, modal, penghasilan, dan biaya, serta jumlah harga perolehan dan penyerahan barang atau jasa, yang ditutup dengan menyusun laporan keuangan berupa neraca, dan laporan laba rugi untuk periode tahun pajak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara pelatihan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah pelaku usaha mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai tentang akuntansi dasar. Kedua, pelaku usaha juga mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai alur proses akuntansi terkait dari pengumpulan bukti-bukti transaksi yang perlu disiapkan oleh pelaku usaha untuk sebagai dasar pencatatan sumber angkanya , lalu mengenai pengertian persamaan akuntansi dari sisi wujud kekayaan dan sumber kekayaan, dan terkait tentang penjelasan jenis-jenis akun serta golongannya. Ketiga, pelaku usaha mengalami peningkatan pemahaman mengenai tentang pembuatan pembukuan akuntansi sederhana. Dengan dilaksanakannya program ini, maka terjadi perbaikan tatanan nilai masyarakat di bidang pendidikan khususnya bidang ilmu ekonomi. Simpulannya yaitu pelatihan pembukuan sederhana mendapat respon yang positif dan pelaku usaha mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai wawasan baru dalam menjalankan usahanya melalui pembukuan/pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang mudah diaplikasikan
