Abstract

Micro financing product of bank BRI Syariah, is one of financing product which be operated compatible of sharia principle thats intend to increase the volume of financing especially in micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs).The district of Tulungagung as one of region which became the center of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), that is the target market for the banking business to channel of financing. The prospects and chance are pretty big in the business segment of SMEs especially in Tulungagung, it is necessary a right marketing strategy in order to sell a micro financing product. It is this which became the basic the need for research about marketing strategy of micro financing product bank BRI Syariah Tulungagung in micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The destination of this research are identification of marketing strategy was done by the company and identification of internal and eksternal environment factor wich influence the company to make a development business strategy which can applied by the company. The research was done by the survey basicly in analysis descriptive methode, that is describe the problem suitable as it is and be based the fact which is just getting underway (ex post facto). The data analysis that used is qualitative analysis methode that reduce the problem which exist with the sentence which aims to explain the problem was happened, so eventually will be found a distinct conclusion with use SWOT analysis. The result of researh indicated that marketing strategy of micro financing produtc bank BRI Syariah Tulungagung in micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is aim to strategy factor (S-O) which have the highest score 2,01. This strategy can be accepted from SWOT analysis with use internal strength for exploit the opportunity which exist

Abstract

The sharia banks are the financial institutions that operate on the principles of sharia or Islamic law which acts as an intermediary institutions. The growth of sharia bank in Indonesia is quite good, but the market share is still lacking. Some efforts would be solve this problem, as one of them is increasing the market share that gradually increase new costumers. It can be done by creating marketing strategy among others making a sharia banking product that is easily understood by the public, cooperating with the conventional bank to make a sharia service office (KLS), or make a financial service mobile. Abstract

Market share of sharia banking in Indonesa is low. It‟s acontradictif with the realy that Indonesia is a largest moslim population. One of the way to increase sharia bank market share is growth up the funding or DPK. Market segmentation is one of strategy that can be applied. In addition, giving high return, good banking facilities (ATM, CMS, mobile banking, internet banking) can also add attraction for customer to deposit funds the sharia bank.

Abstract

Pembiayaan adalah kegiatan utama bank untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Tetapi, dalam kegiatan tersebut, ditemukan berbagai risiko yang berpotensi pada kerugian, dan salah satunya adalah risiko pembiayaan atau pembiayaan bermasalah. Hal ini sangat mengganggu kinerja bank. Maka dari itu, pembiayaan bermasalah harus segera diselesaikan secepatnya. Restrukturisasi pembiayaan merupakan salah satu jalan keluar untuk menyelesaikan pembiayaan bermasalah. Dalam hal ini, debitur diharapkan dapat melunasi pembiayaannya. Mekanisme reatrukturisasi pembiayaan dalam bank syariah, khususnya pada akad murabahah, dapat dilakukan dengan cara rescheduling serta konversi akad pembiayaan. Dari akad murabahah menjadi akad ba'i bitsaman ajil, mudharabah atau musyarakah. Financing is priority in the bank operational to get a profit. But, in that activity, will be found the risk variously wich potensial to get loss, and one of them is financing risk or a bad financing. This problem is very dirstubing a bank performance. So a bad financing must be resolved immediately. Financing restructuritation is one of way out to finish a bad financing. in this program, debitur expected can will finish his financing. The mechanism of financing restructuritation in Sharia Bank, especially, in contract murabahah, can be done by rescheduling program and financing contract conversion, from murabahah to the bai' bi tsaman ajil, mudharabah or musyarakah.

Abstract

Perkembangan bank syariah di Indonesia cukup signifikan, hal ini ditandai dengan semakin banyaknya lembaga bank syariah yang berdiri. Dari sejumlah produk bank syariah yang paling banyak digunakan adalah produk pembiayaan murabahah. Penerapan denda keterlambatan pembayaran angsuran di bank syariah dengan mengacu pada fatwa No. 17/DSN – MUI/IX / 2000 Tentang Sanksi atas Nasabah mampu yang menunda – nunda pembiayaan dianggap sudah tepat. Hal tersebut berdampak bagi pihak bank syariah yaitu pada peningkatan kewaspadaan dalam mengelola pembiayaan murabahah, dan bagi nasabah penerapan denda pembiayaan murabahah berfungsi edukatif dan preventif. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan sumber data sekunder berupa buku, artikel serta dokumen dari internet baik dari situs OJK atau sumber lain yang valid. The growth of sharia banking in Indonesia is significant, it’s signed by more of sharia banking institution was build. One of sharia banking product which most usely is murabahah. In the practice of fines payment delays in installments which reffering to Fatwa No. 17/DSN – MUI/IX /2000 was right. Thats have an impact to increasing prudential for sharia banking and for customer that have an impact to educative and preventif. This article use a descriptive analityc method and use secondary data source like book, article and other document from OJK’s website or other valid sources.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has potential in developing the halal industry. In the State of The Global Islamic Report 2021, Indonesia is in the position of the fourth ranked country in the world. However, in all sectors of the halal industry, Indonesia has not been able to achieve first place. By looking at their distinctive competence, the halal industry in Indonesia can be optimized. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, namely by examining phenomena based on existing data, to be analyzed and interpreted in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon. The results of this study are, Indonesia has distinctive competence in the form of, the number of Indonesian population who are predominantly Muslim, strong regulations that support the halal industry, a variety of cultures and local wisdom, as well as the development of digital technology owned. From this, strategic steps can be drawn up in the form of accelerating the halal certification process in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors, fulfilling the basic needs of Muslim tourists in various tourism places, and involving related parties in increasing socialization and education in the Islamic finance industry sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the bibliometric characteristics and trends in scholarly publications on halal tourism in Indonesia based on the Scopus database. Data collection was conducted in March 2023, using the search keyword "halal tourism in Indonesia." The data was retrieved from the Scopus database from 2016 to the first quarter of 2023. The data was processed using the Vos Viewer application. The study results indicate that the number of scholarly publications in the Scopus database related to halal tourism in Indonesia has increased. The most popular journal in this field is the Journal of Islamic Marketing. The dominant document type is articles. The most influential authors are Wardi Y., Abror A., and Trinanda O., affiliated with Universitas Negeri Padang, with seventy-four citations. There are six research clusters based on keyword searches. The keywords "economic growth" and "perceived value" emerged as significant in the latest research in 2022. These keywords are strongly related to halal tourism, indicating that future research opportunities using these keywords have a high level of novelty. Additionally, this research also provides nine recommendations for future studies on the theme of halal tourism in Indonesia.
