<![CDATA[Kurikulum KTSP yang digunakan di dunia pendidikan Indonesia menempatkan komponen penilaian pada posisi penting. Hal ini karena komponen penilaian diyakini memberikan dampak nyata bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran kompetensi kepada siswa yang dapat dilihat dari kemampuan siswa memahami konsep. Untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep siswa maka digunakanlah Concept Mapping Assessment (CMA) bervisi SETS. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap perangkat CMA bervisi SETS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memberi tanggapan yang baik terhadap penggunaan CMA bervisi SETS. Hal ini terlihat berdasarkan data sebanyak 69 dari 81 siswa memberi respon positif terhadap CMA. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat CMA bervisi SETS efektif dan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alat penilaian. Adapun saran dianjurkan untuk melaksanakan penelitian lanjutan guna mengembangkan perangkat CMA yang lebih aplikatif didalam mengukur pencapaian kompetensi biologi lainnya. This is because the assessment component is believed to be a substantial impact on the success of the students learning competencies that can be seen from the students' ability to understand the concepts. To measure the students' understanding of the concept it is used Concept Mapping Assessment (CMA) vision SETS. The objective of this research was to determine the students' response to the CMA SETS vision. The results showed that students gave positive respond to the use of CMA SETS vision. This can be seen by the data, 69 of 81 students responded positively to the CMA. It can be concluded that the CMA visionary SETS effective and can be used as an evaluation tool. It is recommended to carry out further research in order to develop the CMA to be more applicable in measuring the achievement of other biological competence.
