Abstract

ABSTRACT Mengwi terminal is a type A terminal that began operating on October 23, 2017. This terminal managed by Central Management Land Transportation (BPTD) XII Bali and West Nusa Tenggara Province. Purpose on this research is to get an actual view about obstacles from optimization management public services in Mengwi Terminal. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques such as in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The indicator that used in this research are procedure services, time services,budget services, product services, insfrastructure, officer competency. The result of this study indicate optimization management public services in Mengwi Terminal is still not running optimally. It can be seen from the six indicator that only procedure services and product services running well, while the others such as time services, budget services, infrastructure, officer competency are still not running optimally.
