Abstract

ABSTRACT Tourism is the biggest sector of Badung's Revenue, therefore it needs to be supported by various activities, especially activities in maintaining the environment as tourism assets in order to survive in the long time. The progress of tourism in Badung Regency also has an impact on the environment, especially from the hospitality industry activities, especially in Kuta Sub-Distric. The problem behind this research is that there are still many hotels in Kuta Subdistrict that do not have space a while saving of hazardous and toxic material waste, lack of supervisory staff from the government. The results of this study illustrate that the monitoring of hazardous and toxic waste carried out has not been effective because of the three approaches to monitoring effectiveness, only the objective approach has the same perception while from the system and stakeholder approaches there are still differences in perceptions seen from the lack of supervisory staff with those supervised , a different and random place of supervision then the hotel is less comperative when it will be monitored and the different ways of stakeholders, which hotel in handling hazardous and toxic material waste. Abstract

ABSTRACT Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RTSM) that aim to improve the quality of life of poor families bye providing the goverments the fields of education, health and social welfare as a form of social protection based on the Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 42 / HUK / 2007. The results of this study indicate that all implementation indicators have been included in the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan and can improve the quality of life of RTSM as evidenced by the PKH graduation but in implementation there are still obstacles, namely the PKH assistants or assistants who are less than the PKH recipients. This study resulted in recommendations for improving the implementation of family programs in the hope of improving the quality of life in Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Mobile JKN application is an information technology-based application tofacilitate administrative services requirements through the application. One area that has implemented the Mobile JKN application is Karangasem Regency. The research uses the theory of Policy Implementation of Charles O. Jones, covering organization, interpretation, and application. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results in this study make explanation that the implementation of the Mobile JKN program in Karangasem Regency not run quite well both in terms of organization and interpretation that has not gone well. Then the aspects of the application are quite good. Through the use of the Mobile JKN application, especially in Karangasem Regency, it is expected that it will make it easy for the public to take care of other administrative needs and can increase JKN users. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Kanto Lampo Waterfall Tourism Object is the Tourism Potential of Gianyar Regency. Development strategies began to be taken by Tourism Object Managers such as the establishment of Tourism Object Management Board and the Construction of Tourism Object supporting facilities. The indicators used to dissect this research are the Tourism Development Phase indicators, (1) Exploration, (2) Involvement, (3) Development, (4) Consolidation, (5) Stagnation, (6) Rejuvenation. The results of this study indicate that the five phases of the development indicator have been included in the Development of Tourism Object Strategie. This study produced a recommendation in the form of a New Village Tourism Object Development Model to provide the right strategy to increase the potential of a Tourism Object. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to describe community participation on waste management in TPST 3R of Penarungan Village. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive type with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is community participation according to Cohen and Uphoff with indicators of community participation in decision making; Implementation of Acceptance and utilization of results; Evaluation. The result of this research shows community participation in decision making is still lacking. One form of participation that still lacking is the willingness of people to buy compost and limitation the creativity of the group to recycle anorganic waste.the benefits of waste management have not been felt because it has no income. Community participation in an evaluation form group's internal; and evaluation by the people who become customers in the form of comments and suggentions on the implementation of TPST 3R. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.13/PRT/M/2011. The Tabanan Regency Government through the Highways Sector Office of Public Works is obliged to carry out monitoring and reporting activities on the implementation of road maintenance aimed at maintaining road conditions and improving the quality of roads in Tabanan Regency, especially Selemadeg Barat.The unit of analysis of this research is monitoring,namely the Highways Sector Tabanan Regency. In this study, it had been described the surveillance criteria proposed by Siagian in Silalahi, namely process, implementation, organi ation and plan. The Informants in this study were determined by using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of monitoring of road maintenance carried out by the Highways Sector Office of Public Works Office of Tabanan Regency has not proceeded properly. Abstract

ABSTRACT Foreign Workers in Bali is increasing every year and there are still widespread foreign workers who do not have work permits (illegal), therefore optimal supervision is needed to prevent violations committed by the foreign workers. Aim of this study to discover performance of the Department of Manpower and Einergy and Miineral Resources of Bali monitoring foreign workers. This used qualitative-descriptive method. Based on resuilts, the performance Department in monitoring foreign workers had gone well but was not optimal because there were still obstacles including lack of human resources and infrastructure, very narrow supervision targets, and lack of coaching which is carried out mainly towards small companies. Abstract

ABSTRACT Implementation of Bali Governor Regulation No. 67 of 2016 concerning 2017’s Minimum Wages must be overseen by the Labor Inspector of the Department of Manpower and Energy Mineral Resources of Bali Province. This research was conducted because implementation minimum wages isn’t optimal, especially tourism sector in Denpasar. This can be seen from number of complaints submitted by workers. The system of implementing supervision is carried out by repressive control in two ways, first by prior notification of business actors to be examined. Second by inspective, examining directly in the company. The conclusion is, implementation control of minimum wages has been implemented well. However, there’re still a number of obstacle, 1) Lack of labor inspectors 2) Low understanding and awareness of companies and employees of regulations 3) Insensitivity to workers reporting violations that occur in the company. The efforts made to overcome these obstacles by 1) Maximizing the potential of Labor Inspectors 2) Conducting socialization to workers and company management 3) Providing guidance to the object of control. Abstract

ABSTRACT KawiSmara is a public service innovation program carried out by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Klungkung Regency in the field of marriage certificate services. KawiSmara is a program of giving marriage certificates to the bride during the wedding ceremony. KawiSmara was carried out with the aim of increasing the coverage of ownership of population documents especially marriage certificates. The problem examined in this study is how the implementation of the KawiSmara program in Klungkung Regency covers four sub-districts, so that later it will create a population that is population discipline. Abstract

ABSTRACT LAPOR! can be said to be successful as the national-based complaint system not only seen from its objective to increase community participation that has been achieved but also from the development of program implementation system through evaluation. This research uses the theory of policy evaluation from William N Dunn consisting of evaluation criteria which are adequacy, effectiveness, equity, efficiency, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The theoretical as its implementation has met the criteria of responsiveness, effectiveness, adequacy, and_accuracy can be seen from the purpose of its formation. However, from the indicators of efficiency it is still not maximal due to lack of admin power as a manager of complaints facilities connected to the smallest administrative government. Based_on the principles_of good_governance in term of public complaints system, program of LAPOR! has fulfilled some of indicator for the principles that exist as the public complaint system.
