DUKUNGAN KELUARGA PADA PENCAPAIAN TARGET DESA UNIVERSAL CHILD IMMUNIZATION (UCI)

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padang, Tahun 2016, dari 104 desa terdapat 66 desa (63,5%)Universal Child Immunization (UCI), cakupan ini turun dibanding tahun 2015 sebanyak 71 desa (68,3%) dari 104 desa. Di Kota Padang hanya 9 puskesmas yang sudah mencapai target UCI. Pencapaian UCI di Puskesmas Lapai masih rendah yaitu 66,7%. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Dukungan keluarga dalam pencapaian target desa Universal Child Immunization(UCI) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lapai Padang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki baduta yaitu sebanyak 194 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Cluster Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang. Dianalisis secara Univariat.Hasil penelitian dari 65 ibu yang memiliki baduta, 26 (40%) tidak mendapatkan dukungan emosional di keluarganya, 40 (61,53%) tidak mendapatkan dukungan fasilitas di keluarganya, 35 (53,84%) tidak mendapatkan dukungan informasi di keluarganya dalam pencapaian target desa Universal Child Immunization di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lapai Padang.Disimpulkan bahwa lebih dari separoh ibu yang memiliki baduta tidak mendapatkan dukungan fasilitas dan dukungan informasional di keluarganya dalam pencapaian target UCI. Diharapkan bidan untuk lebih melakukan penyuluhan tentang imunisasi agar tidak ada lagi ibu yang tidak membawa anaknya imunisasi dan pencapaian target UCI tercapai.Kata kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, universal child immunizationFAMILY SUPPORT in the ACHIEVEMENT of the TARGET of UNIVERSAL CHILD IMMUNIZATION VILLAGE (UCI)AbstractBased on data from the Padang City Health Office, in 2016, out of 104 villages, there were 66 villages (63.5%) Universal Child Immunization (UCI), this coverage fell compared to 2015 as many as 71 villages (68.3%) from 104 villages. The purpose of this study was to find out how much family support in achieving the target of the Universal Child Immunization (UCI) village in the Lapai Padang Health Center Working Area. This type of research is descriptive. The study population was all mothers who had two million, namely 194 people. Cluster Random Sampling technique with a sample size of 65 people. Univariate analyzed. The results of 65 mothers who had two million, 26 (40%) did not get emotional support in their families, 40 (61.53%) did not get support facilities in their families, 35 (53.84%) did not get information support in their families in achieving Universal Child Immunization village target in the Lapai Padang Health Center Working Area. It was concluded that more than half of mothers who had baduta did not get facility support and informational support in their families in achieving UCI targets. It is expected that midwives will do more information about immunization so that no more mothers do not bring their children immunization and achieving UCI targets is achieved.Keywords: Family support, universal child immunization
