<![CDATA[licensing services especially Building Permit (IMB), the government tries to create anoptimal service system.To realize the orderliness of building implementation, toguarantee the technical reliability of the building and the realization of legal certainty inthe implementation of the building, then every building must be build based on BuildingPermit (IMB).The background of this research is commonly the society proposed the IMB after thebuilding already build in advanced. This is very contradicts with applicable regulationbecause basically IMB given to the building to be built or have not be build. It will impactto irregularity of construction such as distance from road to building, wide open space,and others. Without regulation, buildings will become increasingly chaotic and not payingattention to the prevailing rules, not reporting IMB can also cause uncontrolleddevelopment to appear everywhere like mushrooms without regard to applicableregulations.Land intended to be a park could be converted into a house without control.
