<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to know the application of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) in training and commitment organization of midwives in Public Health Centers (PHC) of Banyumas, Central Java. The sample of the study was 243 midwives who had minimum D3 midwifery education level, work a minimum of 1 year and above 22 years old. The data obtained used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used SEM AMOS. The fit model is shown by good and significant goodness of fit. The results show that training’s indicators consisting of the training environment, training-award relationships and training methods can explain the construct of training while commitment organization’s indicators consisting of commitment afective, commitment normative and commitment continuence can explain the construct of commitment organization. The training construct has also a significant positive effect on commitment organization.]]>
