Self-efficacy hasa positiveand significanteffecton the performanceof teachers. Transformasional Leadeship has apositive and significant impacton the performanceof teachers. Transformasional Leaderhip moderate theinfluence ofteachers' Professional competenceis significant to the performanceof teachers.
