<![CDATA[The design of the "chemistry laboratory" application program based on macromedia flash programming was made because there was no media extending learning to support laboratory management courses that contained applications. The development of IT-based learning media (applications) in the world of lectures needs to be developed becausestudents' interest in technology is more popular than written media or the like. This study aims to design application programs based on macromedia flash programming as learning media for laboratory management courses. The method used in this study uses the R & D(Reserch and Development) method using the 4D model namely Define (Design), Design (Design), Develop (Development), Desseminate (Dissemination), this research is carried out up to the Design (Design) stage.
