PERBANDINGAN STATUS GIZI ANTARA SISWA FULL DAY SCHOOL DENGAN NON FULL DAY SCHOOL

Abstract

AbstrakStatus gizi merupakan gambaran keadaan tubuh sebagai akibat dari makanan yang telah dikonsumsi oleh tubuh yang diindikasikan oleh berat badan dan tinggi badan. Status gizi normal menggambarkan keseimbangan antara asupan gizi dan konsumsi makanan yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Seseorang yang mempunyai status gizi normal bisa dikatakan bahwa orang tersebut telah terpenuhi zat-zat gizi yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status gizi siswa SMA full day school dengan non full day school. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian perbandingan dengan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMA Abdul wahid hasyim dan SMA Negeri Jogoroto dengan besar populasi 766 siswa SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim dan 736 siswa SMA Negeri Jogoroto. Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling sejumlah 68 siswa SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim dan 65 siswa SMA Negeri Jogoroto siswa dan total sampel 131 siswa. Instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran status gizi berdasarkan Indeks Massa Tubuh menurut Umur (IMT/U).Dari hasil perhitungan data menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan status gizi antara siswa SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim dengan siswa SMA Negeri Jogoroto dengan nilai sig 0,001 (0,00<0,05), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Jadi terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan status gizi siswa SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim dengan siswa SMA Negeri Jogoroto dengan status gizi yang lebih baik adalah SMA Abdul Wahid Hasyim. Abstract Nutritional status is a picture of the state of the body as a result of food that has been consumed by the body indicated by weight and height. Normal nutritional status describes the balance between nutritional intake and food consumption required by the body. Someone who has normal nutritional status can be said that the person has met the nutrients needed by the body. This study aims to determine differences in nutritional status of high school students full day school with non full day school. This research is a comparative study by using non-experimental quantitative approach. The population in this study were Abdul Wahid Hasyim High School and Jogoroto State High School with a large population of 766 high school students Abdul Wahid Hasyim and 736 high school students Jogoroto State. The sample was taken by cluster random sampling technique of 68 high school students Abdul Wahid Hasyim and 65 students of State Junior High School Jogoroto students and total sample 131 students. The instrument in this study used the measurement of nutritional status based on Body Mass Index by Age (IMT / A). From the calculation of data using chi-square showed a significant difference in nutritional status between high school students Abdul Wahid Hasyim with high school students Jogoroto State High School with a value of 0.001 sig (0.00 <0.05), so Ha accepted and Ho rejected. So there is a significant difference in the nutritional status of high school students of Abdul Wahid Hasyim with high school students of Jogoroto State with better nutritional status is Abdul Wahid Hasyim High School.
