Abstract

ABSTRAKHemoglobin dan eritrosit memiliki fungsi yang penting dalam tubuh, salah satunya adalah membawa dan mengedarkan oksigen ke seluruh tubuh. Saat kadar hemoglobin kurang, oksigen yang dibawa oleh hemoglobin berkurang, sehingga kinerja organ yang bersangkutan akan menurun dan kelancaran proses fisiologis akan terganggu, salah satunya siklus menstruasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara kadar hemoglobin, eritrosit, dan siklus menstruasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Padjadjaran angkatan 2016. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data siklus menstruasi dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, kemudian dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah untuk dianalisis dengan haematoanalyzer untuk mengukur kadar hemoglobin dan eritrosit. Hasil analisis dengan uji asosiasi Chi-Square hitung lebih kecil dari table yaitu 1.160 untuk hemoglobin dan 0.040 untuk eritrosit dengan nilai p value 0.314 untuk hemoglobin dan 0.842 untuk eritrosit lebih besar dari 0.005 sehingga dapat simpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara siklus menstruasi dengan kadar hemoglobin dan eritrosit.Kata kunci : eritrosit, hemoglobin, siklus menstruasi ABSTRACTHaemoglobin and erythrocytes have important functions in the body, one of which is carrying and circulating oxygen throughout the body. When the haemoglobin level is less, the oxygen carried by haemoglobin decreases, so the performance of the organs is disrupted and the physiological process will be disrupted, one of which is the menstrual cycle. This study was conducted to determine whether or not there was an association between haemoglobin, erythrocyte, and menstrual cycle in students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Padjadjaran 2016. The study was conducted by collecting menstrual cycle data using observation sheets, then taking blood samples and analyzed with haematoanalyzers to measure haemoglobin and erythrocytes level. The results of the analysis with Chi-Square association tests are smaller than Chi-Square table, 1.160 for haemoglobin and 0.040 for erythrocytes with a P-value of 0.314 for haemoglobin and 0.842 for erythrocytes greater than 0.005 so that there are no relationship between the menstrual cycle and haemoglobin and erythrocyte levels.Keywords : erythrocytes, haemoglobin, menstrual cyclee
